Experience the ultimate relaxing, coastal retreat in this exquisite 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom beach house in Miramar Beach, Florida. 100 yards to the beach, parking for 10 vehicles, and spacious living for everyone. Private pool, pool table, elevator, and more. With 5 bedrooms, and 2 bunkrooms for a total of 15 beds, 26 people will have somewhere to sleep. Located near top dining, shopping, and entertainment options, this home is perfect for a multi-family beachside getaway.

3 floors of indoor and outdoor living space offers room for everyone. A surround sound system easy to hook up to and listen to your favorite tunes or ball game all year long. A heated pool, 4 balconies and a crows nest, a parking lot for 10, elevator and for just some of the relaxing luxuries at your beachside home.

Starting on the first floor, guests can experience a common area featuring the main entryway, a pool table and an outdoor pool. Off to the right is Destination Driftwood`s first bunkroom area. This area features 2 built in twin bunkbeds with plenty of headspace for even adults to sleep in. The twin bunkbeds have a full bathroom with shower. Off to the left of the common room is the other bunkroom with 3 queen bunkbeds. This room is attached to the garage that can hold a 4 seater golf cart. Golf carts can be rented from local suppliers. Off the back of the common room are two bedrooms, hosting big, king beds in each room, and a shared bathroom with shower/tub combination. Laundry with washer and dryer are on the 1st and 3rd floors.

The pool is accessible from three points on the first floor. The pool was resurfaced by the new owners in Sept. 2024. A grill is provided for some outdoor BBQ. One last area to highlight on the first floor is the first of two laundry areas in the home. It is next to the elevator. Take the elevator or flight of stairs to the second floor.

The second floor is comprised of 1 of the 3 master bedrooms, a half bath, 3 balconies, full cook and eat-in kitchen, and large living room. The master bedroom on the second floor has a private balcony and full private bath with garden tub and glass shower. This master bedroom also has it`s own private access to the main balcony shared with the living room. One more balcony is off the living room. Enjoy balcony eating while looking out over the pool. A wonderful, large, and open kitchen has seats at the island and a long farm house table to serve many people. For more sleeping areas continue up stairs.

Climb the stairs or take the elevator to the 3rd floor for the last 2 master bedrooms and the other laundry area. Both bedrooms have their own private bathroom. One room has a king bed, the other has a queen bed. The bedrooms share a balcony that access the crows nest. From the crows nest, sit in the high Adirondack chairs and enjoy an unobstructed view of the memorizing Gulf of Mexico while watching for dolphins.

Please call the host if you need something. The host and owners live near by and will be available for emergency situations.

• Do not leave minors home alone
• Damaged linens will be charged for replacement

-Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Young Adults 21-24 will be considered and rented to upon approval and with a responsible parent co-signing the rental agreement. Young Adult groups must be same sex/gender and understand the opposite sex/gender is not allowed over.

-Hurricane - If an evacuation is ordered you must leave and follow evacuation routes. If one is not ordered you are allowed to stay knowing that the host/owner will hurricane proof the house (bring all outside furniture and equipment) for hurricanes with a rating of 3 or higher.

-Early check-in is possible and fees may apply.
