We had a great stay overall. The house was very clean, and there were plenty of bathroom towels. The bedding was comfortable, and the closets were very spaciousālarge enough to fit a pack and play or even a small air mattress. The kitchen was well stocked, aside from kitchen towels, which was clearly noted in the listing.We had six adults and four children under 10 in our group, and the layout worked well for us. The golf cart was a nice perk, although it was not charged upon arrival.A few things to be aware of: the listing describes the property as oceanfront/ocean view, which felt a bit misleading. You can see the ocean slightly from the front balcony, but it is not a direct or expansive view. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes and you have to cross a very busy main roadThe pool is quite small, and I would recommend the owner include its dimensions in the listing. With multiple kids wanting to swim and play, it felt a bit limited. There is also a 35/day fee to heat the pool, which seemed high given the size.One other minor inconvenience was the alarm system on the back doors. The doors are somewhat difficult to open and close quickly, so the alarms went off frequently, even when button was pushed which became frustrating over time.That said, we did appreciate having laundry on both the top and bottom floors and the host was great! Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but a few listing clarifications and small adjustments would make the experience even better.
