HOA Improvement Notice: The HOA has scheduled various exterior and common-area improvement projects, including balcony and corridor waterproofing, beginning in the second week of September and continuing through early April 2027. Work is scheduled to take place Monday through Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, weather permitting.
As part of this work, the balcony/patio for this unit will not be accessible from Nov 2 through November 23. Outside of these dates, the balcony is expected to remain accessible.
Guests may notice construction activity or occasional noise in other areas of the property during their stay. We appreciate your understanding as the HOA completes these property improvements.
