Our ocean inspired, sun-bleached scheme with natural accents pay homage to the coastal scene from this Gulf Front view unit. Shades of blue connect with the vast view of the sea and sky. The vibrant and electric mix of colors lend a cheerful and casual tone to your stay at our newly remodeled Maravilla unit!

It is a great place for families to use alone or share with friends. It offers a vacation with all the comforts and amenities of home! It is only a short distance from Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, the water park, restaurants and walking distance from Pompano Joe's & Kenny D's! Maravilla is located on the 'beach road' which allows you to enjoy the beautiful ocean while you walk your pet or ride your bike.


Maravilla 2206 is a non-smoking, pet friendly unit that has been completely remodeled and offers the highest quality of amenities. You will find all the extras that you would not normally find in a rental unit! The kitchen is equipped with beautiful granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. High definition LCD TV's occupy the living room and both bedrooms. There are Ipod docks located throughout the unit along with DVD players. The balcony is a great place to start the morning out! There is nothing more relaxing than enjoying the ocean view while you drink your morning coffee!

Sleeping arrangements: (sleeps 6)
The king master bedroom has a wall mounted, flat screen TV, and an attached private bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed with a wall mounted, flat screen TV. The 2nd bathroom is in the hallway featuring a walk in tiled shower. There is an additional queen sofa sleeper in the living room! Both bedrooms have nice, pillow top mattresses.

During prime season (March-October), 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella are set up for you at the beach daily! Please remember to tip the attendant for their great service!

This unit was wonderful! From check in to check out, communication with Brooke was top notch! I am always nervous about staying in a ā€œpet friendlyā€ place, but as a self described ā€œclean freakā€, I am here to tell you that this was one of the cleanest units Iā€™ve ever stayed in. (Pet friendly or not pet friendly). The location is fabulous and the entire community of Maravilla is wonderful. Very close to great restaurants and Walmart is just a few minutes away. The beach and the provided chairs/umbrella were great. Itā€™s always nice not to have to worry about packing chairs to the beach. Again, this is an absolutely wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend!!

2025 Beach Trip

The property was exactly as described. The unit was clean, well appointed and located directly across from the private beach entrance. The beach service which included 4 chairs and two umbrellas daily was excellent. Supplies were adequate to support our stay.

Great vacation!

Condo location was perfect! Weather was AMAZING! Condo was a good size but 2nd bed and bath were tiny and cramped. Patio furniture was all pub style and we weren't able to use it. Small children and arthritic older person! Glad we had brought 2 chairs for the beach we could use there. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again.

Paradise!! Absolutely stunning!!

We had an amazing vacation here. Maravilla is a beautiful, pet friendly condo to consider when traveling to Destin. We have stayed there many times over the years. This was the first time in this particular condo and it is everything the description states. Just beautiful!! I would highly recommend this condo and Maravilla.

Beautiful condo with beautiful view

The location was perfect. BEAUTIFUL view of the water from the condo. It was just as described and well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again and recommend the listing to friends. Having the beach chairs set up and ready for us was very nice too! My husband only wished there were a comfy recliner in the living room to relax while watching tv in the evenings, but he survived with the couch. :)We had a tiny bit of disappointment with the construction right across the street in front of the condo having a loud generator running all day every day as they were rebuilding the beach access decking. Otherwise excellent and relaxing vacation!

Ringing in the New Year

Enjoyed spending the new year in this lovely Destin condo filled with all the comforts of home. This is my first Vrbo experience and it couldnā€™t have gone better. Thanks for a great stay in a great place close to everything youā€™d need to enjoy a trip to the beach.

Beautiful ocean views

We had an incredible week and celebrated Thanksgiving during our stay. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner. The views are incredible watching the morning sunrise and evening sunsets from the balcony. We loved sitting out on the balcony getting sun and enjoying the views of the ocean. The condo was super clean, beds and pillows super comfortable and everything was really perfect! We enjoyed using both pools, the fitness center and playing pickleball on the courts at the clubhouse. It was an absolute perfect week for our family and dogs to enjoy a week at the beach. We will definitely be back again next year.

Great location, but . . .

Loved Miramar beach & Destin area. Loved our unit. But 3 days before departure we were advised of construction at this complex. We were told it was ā€œreplacement of sidewalksā€, and that it would probably be finished before our arrival. Given option of changing to a different complex, or stay as planned for a reduced rate. We elected to take $ reduction. But in actuality it was 5 days of deafening Jack hammering right outside our door all day long, & stepping over debris just to get out our door. We also had difficulty with door code upon arrival ā€” took 2 hours to resolve. But would we stay there again? Absolutely. The unit was great. 150ā€™ from amazing beach & ocean..

Dog friendly vacation

We love the location of Maravilla. We have stayed here several times. The condo was very nice, clean, updated. Second bedroom was a bit small/tight but everything worked out fine. Definitely will rent again.

Ocean View Stay

Loved the view but electrical plugs need replaced and need better sheets because they were so rough. I also used towels that had big long hairs on them. Plugs should never spark when you go to use them.

Pleasantly Surprised

The condo was very nice! We were concerned that the pictures might be better than the reality as this is a pet friendly condo. When we arrived we found it to be exactly as advertised and were very satisfied with the cleanliness, the view and the location. There were no pet odors and very minimal wear when compared to other pet friendly lodging weā€™ve used in Miramar over the last couple of years. We would definitely book again!!!
