FLOORPLAN
⭐ As you walk into Lucky 7, you will see the nautical themed Guest bedroom that features a King sized bed, flat-screen TV and connecting door to the bathroom. The Guest bathroom presents a shower/tub combo and an additional door for other Guests to use. Walk down the hall to the fully stocked Kitchen that features beautiful white cabinets and stunning views of the Gulf while you're cooking. The Dining room table has seating for six, plus three additional bar stools at the Kitchen bar. Don't forget about the extra dining table on the large balcony that is perfect for appetizers and wine! The Master bedroom and Living room both include a private entrance to the balcony for added convenience. The Master bedroom has a King sized bed, flat-screen TV and a spacious walk-in closet. The Master bathroom has double vanity sinks and a separate area for the shower/tub combo. The Living room is a family favorite for movie night with the large flat-screen TV, Queen size sleeper sofa and plenty of seating. As an added convenience, there is also a washer/dryer in Lucky 7! LOCATION
⭐ Lucky 7 is located in Miramar Beach right off of Scenic Hwy 98. At Majestic Sun beach resort you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, and more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach and lounge on the sugary white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort and is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Wave runner Rentals, Kayak rentals, and more!

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owner's Closets). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an "open/public network." The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Parking is available in the parking garage found behind the complex. As well as additional parking lining the back of the complex which are used on a first come, first serve basis. You will receive a temporary parking pass from the security personnel at the guard gate. 2 parking passes can be found in the kitchen upon entering the unit. Additional parking passes can be purchased with advanced notice for $15. Please note the HOA of the Seascape Community does allow golf cart rentals, however the Golf Cart would use one of your parking passes and parking spots.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Staying within the Seascape Community at Majestic Sun grants you access to 2,000 feet of beach. Bring your own beach chairs and equipment to relax on our Sugar Sand Beaches with breathtaking Emerald Waters! Or have a Beach Setup Service provide you with all the beach chairs and umbrellas you'll need!

POOLS
⭐ There are two pools located at the center of the resort. One of these amazing pools is indoors which connects to the outdoor pool. Don't forget about the two hot tubs found on either side of the outdoor pool! You will be sent all amenity codes before check-in. This amenity is for guests 25+ years old only. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool. You are not permitted to add anything to the pools, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras and security personnel who monitor the resort and amenities. If you touch or tamper with the cameras or cause any disturbances, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
