Natural Colors highlight the living area , giving a relaxing feel to the rooms. Good times are sure to be had while relaxing in the chef-ready kitchen, screened-in patio and large living room all viewing an oblong decorative pond with a fountain and the pool deck beyond. Moreover, the Master Suite which features an updated walk - in shower and a large floor plan also views the bubbling fountain and restful natural surroundings.

Apart from the surprisingly adorable décor and soothing scenery that encircles vacation Cottage 198, the location is a crowd favorite. Simply residing in Hidden Dunes Resort means that the beach tram leading to the longest stretch of deeded beach in Destin, FL, lighted Rubico tennis courts and clubhouse, horseshoe and basketball courts, two pool decks and plenty of walking trails are all within Hidden Dunes gates. Plus, Cottage 198 is only a few minutes’ walk to the very popular Silver Sands Outlets with hundreds of designers, great restaurants on site and a grocery and beach store across the street.

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. 2 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
