"The proximity to the beach, safety, and cleanliness of the building and property is too hard to pass up. We had a great trip with family and friends also staying on property. The condo has everything you need (unless you prefer a Keurig coffee maker). The condo also has leak sensors, which is a great idea in a high rise condo. However, there were three mornings we had to call the listed phone number to get the water turned back on. It only took a second and was a minor inconvenience. "
