Cottage 205 is an upstairs rental accessible by exterior staircase from the parking lot. There is an additional loft bedroom within the Cottage accessible by spiral staircase.

This cottage includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with an additional loft area on the second floor, accessed via a charming spiral staircase. The loft offers 2 twin beds allowing extra sleeping options for guests, making it ideal for children or additional family members to enjoy their own privacy.

Step outside to the screened patio—a perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a morning coffee, or relax in the evening while being protected from insects and the elements. Guests will also appreciate the peaceful view of the water feature from the cottage, adding a serene element to your stay.

Guests of Newman-Dailey receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
