This large two bedroom, two bath condo is located on the 4th floor in beautiful Mainsail Resort, one of Destin's best! Mainsail is the perfect family vacation spot. You can enjoy lazy days on the beach, play tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, basketball or enjoy our new fitness center. The kids will love two large pools, hot tub, kiddie pool, and the game room. Mainsail is across the street from the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall, as well as close to golf, fine dining, and several other Destin attractions.

This newly remodeled unit has a large living area with two sofas, oversize chair with ottoman and large flat screen smart TV with DVD player, CD player and Stereo. There is also access to two private balconies that provide breathtaking views of the beach, gorgeous sunsets, and all of Destin. The master suite features a king size bed with a new tempurpedic mattress, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom and opens to a private balcony with a partial view of the gulf.

The second bedroom features twin beds and a flat screen TV with easy access to the second bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo is beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless appliances, granite countertops and has tile floors throughout. The dining area has seating for 4 as well as additional bar seating for 4. This property offers 24-hour security and is a gated community. Covered parking and Handicap parking are also available.

Outdoor grills and a picnic area with tables are available for your family cookouts.

This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.

Rental includes one automobile. Additional vehicles are $50 each.

Mainsail Resort spans 15 acres of lush, tropically landscaped grounds and offers exceptional amenities. The South Pool Pavilion features a sparkling pool, a bubbling hot tub, and a wading pool for little ones, all surrounded by a spacious sun deck adorned with palms. A short walkway leads to the private beach. The resort’s north side includes another pool with grilling stations, perfect for family cookouts. Additional amenities include a fitness center with showers, dressing areas, and sauna as well as an arcade game room for fun off the sand.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the North Cottage community pool is typically heated November through March.
