The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place to prepare meals and delicious snacks that you can later enjoy indoors or outside on the balcony as you go over the day's adventures with your loved ones. If you happen to visit Baytowne Wharf during the summer, you'll be happy to know that there is a shared outdoor pool just one story down! Among other special and convenient amenities, you'll find a shared hot tub, and even a fitness room. This condo enjoys a surprisingly quiet environment, considering just how close it is to all the restaurants and shops of Baytowne Wharf, and you'll find the sunrises are worth waking up to every day of your stay.

Forget about the car and head out to access the fantastic shopping, dining, and family-friendly activities and adventures of Baytowne Wharf. Follow the trail into Baytowne for a day or night of shopping, dining, exploring the nature trail on the bay, or ziplining across the community. Several additional shopping and dining options are located on both sides of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, while the Silver Sands Premium Outlets and the Grand Boulevard shopping area are both within a few miles.

Gated resort - guests must check in at the guard shack.
A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort. There is an app that can be downloaded to track the tram as well.
Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 4.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We enjoyed our short stay here. It was very clean and we loved the deck area overlooking the pool. The best part is location. Very easy walk to all Baytowne has to offer. Would stay here again!

Nice place

Nice place overall. Surrounded by restaurants, etc. Room was nice, secure area. Host could be a little delayed in responsiveness but eventually got back to us. The code did not work in coming in from the outside of the property on Marketplace, only other suggestion was to have a more concise layout/better descrption of codes for the various entries such as pool, garage, and that door from the shoppes. Would stay again.

A great vacation.

This was our first stay at Sandesta and we keep asking ourselves why we hadn't come sooner. Great condo and pool! Great location! Great restaurants! A lot of fun things to do! Definitely on our repeat list.

Our stay was pleasant however some suggestions. This location requires a few upgrades. Although not huge issues, we most likely would want these fixed before we returned. The pillows were a little lacking for 6 adults in the property. The outlets in the family room area need to be assessed for safety. Also we feel that the lack of toilet paper for the duration of stay were not balanced well. The frying pan was flaking off its teflon coating and everything stuck to it. The glass bowls for storing food-most lids were cracked on top allowing air in. There were no hot pads to remove items from oven. And no cookie sheets to cook items on. A light in the smaller bedroom did not work. The bunk bed was wobbly and did not support one of our guests on the top bunk.

Great and Convenient Location

The location in Baytowne Wharf was ideal. We went out the front door for a beautiful morning walk, passing by the shops, restaurants and over the water bridges. The fitness room was also an easy walk away. The kitchen utensils were ample, however, the cookware needs to be replaced. We had to buy an electric skillet for our stay. We were very comfortable there and the unit was as pretty as the pictures. The parking garage was close to the elevator making access very convenient.

Cleaning and Cockroach

The cleanliness needs improvement. Sweep under the beds,bed frames and behind the beds.(this is for both bedrooms) Bedding has stains we actually washed our sheets before we went to bed. The dishwasher and stove both need Level out they tip forward. Outdoor furniture needs wiped down and we found a cockroach in the room. I had sent a message regarding this as my kids where ready to pack there bags to go home and wanted to sleep in our vehicle. The coach and loveseat both had a stains on it and we used the extra sheets to be able to sit down. Toilet tank lids need cleaned and also a plugger needs to be left in the unit. Master shower the bottom seal is cracked and broken off maybe be something to look into also the master shower door and stationary glass touch may need an adjustment. Anything else

Lovely condo in great location

We enjoyed our time in this unit. It was well appointed and clean. We lacked nothing. I would highly recommend. The only thing I would change is the fence around the pool needed painting and looked tired. This is of course not within the unit owner’s control.

Prefer property managed by the owner

For the future I will avoid properties managed by a corporation. There is no one to call with questions or concerns. There was no one on site at the condos to contact either. Nothing broke while we were there but if it did we wouldn’t know what to do. Sending messages to Vacasa with questions was a waste of time. My questions were not answered.

Clean & Comfortable

My family of four stayed here during the week of Christmas. This was a quiet corner unit that provided the basics for an easy getaway- and, most importantly, we slept well. I also loved the proximity to Grand Boulevard for last minute gift & grocery shopping. We would definitely rent again.

Everything was perfect. I hope that the new owners continue to rent this property out because we will for sure stay there again. I know that there are new owners, but if they could supply a few small beach chairs & items for the beach would be nice. My husband and I plan on buying a condo within 10 years in the Village. Nice property

Overall great property, but I do want to share some information to help make your stay more enjoyable. Pros: The condo was clean and had nice, beach furnishings. The location was perfect…you had a great view of the pool which was located just one floor down. The balcony was spacious and clean! You are a 5-10 minute golf cart ride to the beach, Publix, shopping center, and restaurants. The golf cart was so helpful to have!! We never even needed the free shuttle! The Village at Baytowne Wharf was just steps away. We shopped, ate, and played there every single day. Lots to do! The property manager communicated great…until we arrived. Cons: The property manager should give better instructions on how to find the unit. There’s nothing morning frustrating than dragging 4 suitcases around trying to figure out where to go. Then the codes to the building they gave us were wrong. The WiFi never worked. This seems like it may not be a huge problem since you’re on vacation, but we weren’t able to book excursions or even contact the property manager without leaving the property. When contacted the property manager 4-5 times over the course of several days before they responded. They never did fix it. They told us to use the WiFi from a nearby unit, but since that router was so far away the signal was too weak to be helpful. Also, the router was hidden in a night stand drawer in a guest bedroom. We searched high and low for that thing hoping to fix the problem ourselves. We wished they had left a book of helpful information, such as codes to the building, unit, and garage; where the router was located; where the gym was located; how to access the beach; local restaurants; where the grocery store is located; how to get to the golf cart in the parking garage. This type of information helps vacationers relax and enjoy their trip rather than spending their time trying to figure out these details. We also had an issue with our door lock. We could get the property manager to call us back for 1/2 a day, so we had to leave the unit unlocked while we went about our day. Finally, bring EVERYTHING you need. Nothing is provided…no beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, coffee, coffee filters, laundry soap, plastic cups, toilet paper (only 1 extra role provided - depending on how long your stay is , you might need more) etc. We loved the condo & location, but want you to be aware of what to expect and what to bring.

Family Vacation

Great location! Very nice and clean condo. Plenty of room for our family of 4 adults/teenagers. Our only issue was with parking one evening. There was an event at Baytowne Wharf and the parking garage and all “additional parking” was full. We were told we had to keep circling until we found something. Other than that one issue, we loved our stay.
