You will hear noise of the demolition of the existing stucco and may have swing stages and workers on the east side exterior of the building outside the windows. For the duration of the project, the courtyard (east side) and portion of the upper parking garage will be closed for access. This condo is located on the east side of the tower.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, and for added convenience, a washer and dryer are provided.

Beachside Two sits directly on the beach, just steps away from the beach boardwalk. The building offers guests WiFi, a seasonally-heated solar pool with grills at the pool deck, an exercise room, and covered parking.

On evenings when you want to dine out, head to The Village at Baytowne Wharf, offering an array of restaurants from fine dining to pizza, sushi, and more. Alternatively, catch the latest movie at Grand Boulevard's new ten-screen cinema. Enjoy free Shuttle Service to all locations on the Resort. Family vacation favorite spot

This was our first time to Miramar Beach and this condo was the BEST location. It offered everything we wanted while being quiet and clean too. This is a definite repeat.

Amazing!

This spot was great! It had everything we could possibly need! The only draw back was the elevators. It could be a 30min wait for an elevator to get to the different floors. I’m good with stairs but by ailing mother in law was unable to use the stairs so we heavily relied on the elevator. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!

Destin stay

The location was perfect. The condo smelled like fish when we entered it. We had to spray 2 cans of Lysol and open the patio door to eliminate the odor. The furniture was dirty and should be replaced. We covered it before sitting on it. I will definitely stay in Beachside 2 again but not this unit unless the furniture is updated.

Needs a remodel

Property is in a great location, but this particular property was advertised as 2 bed 2 bath and its 2 bed 1 bath. This unit is very outdated, and beds are very uncomfortable. The view is amazing but for the price we will stay elsewhere next time. Also, good luck remembering all the codes to get into garage, place, pool and beach.

Clean decor and perfect location!

This was even cuter in person than the photos. We had a great stay and loved everything about the space. Clean, beautiful views, great location, easy access to the beach and pool and parking! Will definitely book again!

The location was amazing and the view from this unit was perfect. The unit had a strong mildew smell; it lessened as the days went by and a/c unit was on- thinking it had been closed up for a while. I had to keep my shoes on while there because the floors felt dirty. The unit was pretty well stocked in the kitchen, but you might want to bring some plastic containers of cooking while there..

Beautiful ocean views

Overall we had a good time and spent most of our time out of room. Room decor was beautiful! Nice to have the shuttle service and short walk to get Starbucks coffee in the Hilton next door. A few things could be improved- floors weren’t clean, ice maker didn’t work, balcony door didn’t lock, no extra sheets for the person sleeping on couch. Older unit with air vents coming loose from wall but a/c did work well. We came for a quick trip and had great weather with gorgeous sunsets!

Perfect getaway

SanDestin is Great location away from the absolute congested traffic, close enough you can get to the harbor for a fishing trip in morning when traffic is light. Kids spent just as much time in pool as the ocean. Kitchen allowed us to prepare most meals (WinDix close) and went out couple time for nice family dinners without driving more than 20m. Hope to spend another week and half here next trip around.

Description and Pictures Are Dated

The listing and pictures are very misleading. This place has not been recently renovated or freshly updated- maybe in 2019 but not recently. The mirrors on the wall make this place look bigger than it is but it's deceptive. My biggest complaint is there were cockroaches. Inside we had three come running out from under the dishwasher and had to keep our food locked up inside microwave and then outside on balcony there were at least 2 big wood cockroaches which tells me there is not some sort of maintenance being done to spray regularly for pests. It is the South and they are more commonly found but I've been coming to Destin for years and never had a problem somewhere I've stayed with bugs. There was broken furniture like a table that you couldn't set items on because it fell over, bathroom doorknob was old and didn't lock, outlets were loose and didn't keep your chargers plugged in so several mornings I woke up to a dead phone. Toilet didn't flush well and had to be plunged several times. Dishwasher was extremely loud and disruptive to run at night while you were sleeping. Furniture looked dirty and unclean. Carpets in bedrooms was dirty. There was some broken tile. Walls were in need of paint and were dirty and scuffed. There are randomly two microwaves but there is nowhere to store your dry food items you might buy at the store because there are very few cabinets and they are full of dishes. The building itself is like an old college dorm. The lobby smells of cheap disinfectant when you first walk in. This entire property is run down and you can tell they just run a lot of people through there with little to no upkeep. It was a lot of money to spend for a small two bedroom condo and we didn't stay the full week.

Nice decor, small bathroom…..

The condo was well decorated and the music playing upon arrival a very nice touch! Bathroom much too small even for only 2 women. The additional fee for umbrella and 2 chairs disappointing!

Perfect view and location

It was wonderful just little details like the microwave and tv not working maintenance tries to take care of the matter as soon as they could not easy since it was during the weekend went without tv and microvawe for about three days during our stay. Who needs a tv when your so close to the beach anyway right! Overall a beautiful little unit easy access to beach and pool close to every other beach around short distance to so much, peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed every bit of our stay…

Beautiful view

The accommodations were clean and everything was in working order. The view from the balcony was amazing and you are only minutes from the golf courses and the wharf. Everything you need is within the complex, so there is no need to anywhere, which means you can relax and enjoy your stay!

Horrible

Property was in horrible condition. Dirty and had dirty clothes left behind even thought they say they do a thorough cleaning after every stay with covid. Filter was old and nasty. not changed like they said after the last stay. Doors had paint coming off and all over the floor. Looked like a animal tried to tear them down. Carpet was in bad shape and whole place smelled. Dryer did not work. Handle to outside balcony was broken. they replaced it the third day with one that did not lock and we have small kids with us so a big safety concern. water leaks in ceiling. lets put it this way, the nicest thing at the property was the shower. no joke. Should not be on the rental list. we took a lot of pictures and we left early do not rent

This unit needs attention. Property is first class. This unit needs some repairs and maintenance. Terrible lighting. Paint peeled off of the doors no tissue holder.

Great Trip

The beach was a little crowded so with everything going on we stayed in the condo more than usual. We had a great stay. Beautiful view of both the beach and the pool!
