The Surfer's Dream has everything you can think of for the perfect beach getaway! Not only will you enjoy the posh decor of this spacious 2 bedroom/ 2 bath plus bunk room unit but you will also LOVE all of the amenities this complex has to offer! The attached sports deck includes a basketball court, tennis court and pickle ball for your enjoyment. Additionally, there is an amazing on-site restaurant and spa. Once you arrive, you will never need to leave the resort!

PLEASE NOTE: The pool will be closed from November 3 through December 31, 2025 for renovation. The hot tubs will not be affected.
~ During season (March - October) this unit comes with beach chair service, which includes daily set up of 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. We also provide an additional 2 beach chairs in the unit for you to bring down to the beach. ~

This is a 2 bedroom plus hallway bunk condo that has 2 full bathrooms as well. There is a renovated kitchen along with a dining area and large living room. You will also enjoy the oversized balcony that has views of the sports deck, pool AND the Gulf of Mexico!

We provide a helpful digital welcome packet for your stay that tells you everything you need to know about the condo, resort, and area!! We also provide the following starter amenities:

(1) Roll of paper towels
(4) Beach Towels
(2) Trash bags
(4) Bath towels per bathroom (with hand towels and washcloths)
(1) Shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ body wash per bathroom
(1) black make-up cloth per bathroom (please utilize these when cleaning your face, as make-up stains our linens)
(1) Starter set of laundry detergent
(1) dawn soap and sponge
Starter set of dishwasher soap
(4) Keurig coffee pods

The resort hosts COMPLIMENTARY beach bonfires on Mondays and Fridays (no outside food or drink allowed).

Please note: There is a ring door bell on the door for security and safety purposes.

This unit is located in Surfside Resort on Scenic Gulf Drive. Parking is complementary for 2 vehicles (parking passes are picked up at the front desk). Please note for parking: There is both outside and garage parking....the lowest point is 6’ 7” for the height of the garage.

ANIMAL POLICY: We regret to inform you that this unit is not animal-friendly. Although we love all animals, our son has a severe allergy to animal dander which can trigger asthma attacks. Thank you in advance for understanding!

NO WEAPONS OR GUNS IN THE CONDO.
