This spacious 2BR-2BA condo with an extra-large balcony overlooks all the action at the Village of Baytowne! It is conveniently located near the tropical swimming pool complex, the beach, and the events, shops, and restaurants at the Village of Baytowne Wharf.

The family area provides comfy seating for everyone and access through sliding glass doors to the extra-large balcony with seating. Our fully stocked kitchen provides everything needed to easily prepare meals and snacks. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and adjacent full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a bunk bed (twin over full), and there is an additional full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guests can enjoy HDTV, Blu ray DVD players and complimentary WIFI for streaming.

Guests can take the tram to the beach for a day of white sand, blue waves, and sunshine. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
