    Esta casa de 3.700 pés quadrados foi destaque na revista HGTV e Coastal Living. Nossa casa à beira-mar de luxo tem cinco quartos, cinco banheiros e meio e um privado 5 'X 15' piscina infantil com vista para a praia. A casa dispõe de uma grande sala de luxo, bancadas de granito na cozinha com utensílios de aço inoxidável e pisos de madeira dura em todo o segundo e terceiro andar. Esta casa possui 40 'varandas amplas com vista para as águas cristalinas do Golfo em todos os níveis. Todos os 3 níveis ao ar livre oferecem opções de estar e jantar.

    Entre nesta espaçosa casa para descobrir pisos de madeira e travertino, bancadas de granito e utensílios de aço inoxidável. O primeiro andar possui um quarto king com banheiro privativo e uma sala de estar aconchegante e convidativa com móveis confortáveis, TV de tela plana de 60 ", bar molhado, sofá-cama queen-size e acesso à piscina infantil.

    O segundo andar abriga a sala de estar principal mobiliada com outra TV de tela plana de 60 ", uma cozinha gourmet totalmente equipada, uma mesa de jantar com capacidade para oito pessoas e uma barra de café da manhã com assentos adicionais. A suíte master com cama king-size e TV de tela plana de 50 ", sofá-cama e banheiro principal privativo é o local perfeito para se retirar no final do dia.

    Há três quartos adicionais com seus próprios banheiros no terceiro andar. O quarto principal do terceiro andar é mobiliado com uma cama king-size, um sofá-cama queen-size e uma TV de tela plana de 50 ". Este quarto tem vista para a praia e possui uma varanda privativa. WiFi was terrible. Back door and deck door looks either didn’t work, broken, missing, or hard to operate. Two beachfront chairs were broken. Overall it was a very nice place to stay

William was awesome to work with,the house was great and the location was even better.The only thing I would change it needs a tankless hot water heater.Well furnished with any and everything.The location was perfect and the views and the beach were even better.Absolutely the best Host u could possibly have.Thank you again for a wonderful week!!!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed staying at this property. We hope to be back! We had plenty of space and the views were incredible! The only downfall was that the community pool was only up and running 2 of the 7 days of our stay.

Beautiful Beach Front Family Oasis

We enjoyed the beach front location, three amazing decks with great beach view, private beach access and included beach service. Master suite is truly amazing with huge bath, multiple sitting areas and a small private sitting / sleep space, plus an amazing balcony. All five bedrooms are en suite, plenty of privacy but also lots of great family space with the decks, great kitchen / dining and upper and lower level living areas. Small protected plunge pool was a nice treat, too. House was very clean, beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and added beach towels. Service was great when we had questions. Plenty of parking with driveway and two car garage, which included lots of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. House included all the supplies we needed (trash bags, coffee filters, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc. ). Location is great for restaurants, beach gear, shops! We enjoyed a week with our adult children and grandchild, truly an unforgettable experience. We hope to visit again!

Prime location but needs maintenance

Just returned from a weeks stay. The location is perfect! The house needs lots of maintenance and upkeep. Doors are pealing apart and dirty and floors are worn, All of the furniture could use replacing. The beds are very uncomfortable. There are stains on the chairs. This house had/has so much potential with some attention and upkeep. Overall the trip was good, we just expected the property to look like the pictures.

Fabulous view, great location, wonderful house

Our family was able to gather on the balconies, and in common areas for together time. Sleeping was comfortable with private bathrooms for each bedroom. The house was fully equipped and everything was in working order. The best part is the perfect location on the beach, with the surf asyour neighbor. It is walkable distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, a winery, ice cream, beach shops etc. The house is perfect for reunions and celebrations.

It was great for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The splash pool was great, short walk to beach out the back porch, and overall home layout with great kitchen and living area for everyone to be together without feeling cramped!! Would highly recommend this property and plan to book again next year! The use of the elevator was greatly appreciated as my husband needed it!
