“Tranquil and peaceful” describes this lovely three bedroom, three bathroom vacation cottage located in the Laurel Grove neighborhood at the Resort. Our cottage is beautifully appointed with a lovely collection of upscale furnishings that invite our guests to relax and stay awhile. The beach entrance is about a 10-12 minute drive through the resort on the golf cart.

The Laurel Grove clubhouse, located just across from the cottage and within easy walking distance, features a sparkling blue swimming pool (seasonally heated), hot tub, exercise room, full kitchen and an outdoor grilling area. There are several ponds at Laurel Grove suitable for catch and release fishing. A quick golf cart ride through the resort will take you straight to the beautiful sandy white beach. The Resort also offers tennis, golf, restaurants, shopping, walking trails, bicycle paths, and activities too numerous to list!

Your beach vacation starts at the front door... Our sunny family room offers it all – beautiful wood floors, cushy sofa and chairs, a 42" HDTV with DVD player and plenty of extra seating for guests. With 2190 square feet, our cottage is newly updated and offers plenty of space for everyone. Enjoy preparing meals for your family in our fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and GE Profile appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six at the table with three more seats at the breakfast bar.

The spacious master bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor, and offers a king bed, an HDTV, and access to the wraparound porch. Just a few steps away you will find the master bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Also located on the main floor is the second bedroom with a queen bed, an HDTV, and a guest bath with large shower. Conveniently located upstairs is the third guest bedroom with a double bed and a twin bed, a full bathroom with a bathtub-shower combination. The loft over looks the downstairs living area. Plantation shutters have been added for privacy.

Spend a few days here enjoying the good life. The pace is slow and the accommodations are perfect. This is a vacation where memories will be made.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
