This cozy, seventh-floor studio condo is perfect for a small family vacation or a romantic getaway for two. This vacation rental is located within a gated community at Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort and features a well-equipped kitchenette. Downstairs, slip into the tropical saltwater pool, soak in the community hot tub, fire up the shared gas grill for a cookout, or enjoy a beverage from the poolside Tiki bar!



WHAT’S NEARBY

The white sandy beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are located just a short walk from this studio. Catch the sunset from the Beach House Restaurant, where you'll find fun beachside dining. The Village of Baytowne Wharf, located on the bayside of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort just two miles north, offers more restaurants, shops, and plenty of fun and excitement at the Baytowne Adventure Zone.



THINGS TO KNOW

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:

The Roofing Project is slated to begin in the coming days. Those of you in town may have noticed some of the staging and prep beginning on-site this afternoon.

This re-roof will begin on Tower 2 and then move over to Tower 1. We expect 8-9 weeks, with two weeks off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that this project will extend into early 2026.

A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and stops at several locations around the resort. There is an app you can download to track the tram as well.

Perfect getaway

Absolutely loved being here. Beautiful room. Beautiful grounds. Very short walk to beach. Pool was wonderful. Really enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation would be to have a better shower head that has better pressure. But that is just a small inconvenience compared to how wonderful everything was

Las camas eran muy desagradable para descansar los colchones se Hundían del centro y no pudimos descansar amanecíamos adoloridos y la regadera muy pequeña que salía poca agua y la decoración bonita pero asia falta un cuadro en la pared de la cama y se veían los tape en la pared feo dormimos muy mal 😡

Awesome choice. Great stay & so comfortable. The view from this specific condo was breathtaking and just what I needed. I went to bed and woke up gazing at the beautiful indigo/ emerald waters and the sparkling pool. I am never ready to leave. Currently looking to book again asap...

Great Location!

Loved the property and the view. Felt safe since it was a gated community, and two locked doors to get into our room. Kids had a blast in the pool! Short walk to the beach, clean and we enjoyed the mini golf next to our building. Tv is larger than it appears in pics. Cons- I thought there was a balcony… there is not! There is also no washer and dryer, and not a whole lot of towels. We had to wait on the phone with Vacasa for a very long time, just to be told to find a laundry mat… who wants to waste vacation time on laundry. The shower head needs to be replaced, barely any pressure. Figuring out where to park and which building to go in was confusing at first. Says tower 2 in one place and tower 1 in another. Overall would def stay here again and not let the minor inconveniences stop me from getting a clean room with great location/ great price!

Perfect Getaway Retreat

This unit was the perfect size for my 16yo daughter and I. We stayed 4 nights and were thrilled the fridge was bigger than expected. View was to die for and the pool was equally gorgeous. Shower was slow draining but it was full of hair, eek. Kept meaning to buy some needle nose pliers to clean it myself but after long days on the beach, it was last thing on my mind. We just took insanely quick showers. Other than that, the only thing dirty was a thick layer of dust on top of the bathroom decor. Everything else was immaculate…so we were thrilled about that!! The family in the unit next to us was a nightmare, came in very late 1-3am, beyond obnoxiously loud, drunk, almost called cops at one point because we were thinking the woman was getting abused, had to listen to their awful alarm go off from 5am-730/830am 3 of the days we were there. But that’s not something that should prevent anyone from renting this unit. Other than them, the rest of the folks were great. Grounds well kept, etc. I will definitely be back next year. Oh and adding a few more hooks for towels/swimsuits would certainly enhance the experience.

Small but fit the bill

3 minute walk to the beach is perfect. The pool and hot tub is awesome. Beach was packed in like sardines and tram ride to the baytown wharf was a nightmare. But the studio was clean and comfy. Wish they had provided coffee filters though. I brought my own coffee stuff but the filters I brought didn’t fit. I also wish I had realized there was no balcony too. I would have liked that for our stay. There’s also no place to hang and dry your beach towels.

What a wonderful little place! It was perfect for me and my daughters for spring break. It’s pretty much a normal size hotel like room. Nice size bathroom for the 4 of us. Had one of the most amazing views and the comfort of the beds was amazing. Room is very clean but don’t plan to be in there much because it is more a place to sleep than hang out due to the size. The pool was the envy of all our fiends that stayed at other locations, loved the secure feeling of gated entrance and the short walk to the beach on a prime location with the beach hut restaurant right there. The few things that could be added are more hooks to hang our bath and beach towels. Just no where you can dry out your swimsuit or beach towel since there is no balcony. The instructions also said it was in tower 2 but it’s in tower 1 so we’re were trying to figure that out when we got there. Luckily I was able to find a cleaning service personnel for help. Also was stuck in the elevator for about 30 minutes, needed firefighters to get us out. But the staff came to our aid as quickly as they could. Would definitely stay here again for a smaller family or couple. But will try to book bigger units with balconies in future for the family. Either was you get the most out of your money in this gem of a unit!

Great Location!

Pros- view, nice pool, path to beach (3 min. walk), accessible rooftop with great view, kitchenette w/dishes/silver/minifridge/microwave/coffeepot/sink, clean room Cons- door right next to neighbor's door in funny little corner alcove that you get to from main door off of hallway, no balcony Perfect room for me and friend for girls weekend. Though no balcony, the view is really great looking out at ocean and down at pool. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool and hot tub, beach is an easy walk on a path. There is also a beachfront restaurant on the same path. Used trampass in room to go to Baytowne Wharf one night, though tram service stopped at 10 (Sunday night, not sure if different other nights). I thought that it was a sort of strange setup for room entrance, to get to room door, you must first go through door in hallway (this is not the lockbox that I had code for, this door was unlocked), when you go through this door you are then in a little space that has both the door to this unit and the door for the neighbor's unit. However, despite the fact that our neighbors for the weekend were a little loud and I could hear their music standing outside my door and still a little right inside my door, I could not really hear their music in the room with the A/C and bathroom fan on. However, you might hear their door and the outer door shutting. Still, for the price and previously mentioned amenities, I would stay in this room again!
