4208 Beachside II — Stunning unit with BEACH VIEWS from walkout patio!

Feel the breeze and enjoy impressive gulf views from 4208 Beachside ll! This beautifully updated one bedroom, one bathroom condo is located at Beachside ll in the Resort. This location combines luxury and convenience and offers easy walk out access to the sparkling swimming pool, emerald gulf waters and sandy white beach. The walkout patio overlooks the topical swimming pool and offers a relaxing spot to sit and enjoy the warm Florida breeze.

Delightful accommodations and an awesome view just steps from the sand and waves are just the beginning! Our condo is professionally designed with beach chic furnishings and an updated kitchen. The condo is beautifully designed with a comfy king bed with premium bedding, a wall mounted HDTV, a picture window pool view, and generous clothing storage. The adjoining master bath features a modern bathtub/shower combination with a glass door and double vanity. Everything you would expect to find is here: a comfortable living area with plenty of cushy seating, a large HDTV-DVD, and tiled floors throughout.For the chef in the group, our gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and dinnerware needed. There is dining seating at the kitchen table or breakfast bar to enjoy meals.

We now provide two beach chairs and an umbrella for our guests to use, saving you money on beach rentals. You'll find them conveniently stored in the unit—just grab and go! And after a long day soaking up the sun, hop on the tram and take a ride to the Village of Baytowne Wharf for dinner, shopping and entertainment!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties),

Beautiful condo on the ground floor. We loved the easy access to the beach. The only possible downside for other travelers was that the balcony doesn’t look over the beach. We didn’t mind a bit though! The new pool was lovely and our host, Bette, was incredibly sweet and accommodating. We hope to return to this condo again next August.

Great Location

I believe that the room will offer unparalleled access to the pool and beach with ocean beach views from the unit. Clean and straightforward unit. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would like to have a return visit once the pool reopens. Checkout was a bit early, most hotels and VBRO Units have a 11:00 checkout. But overall. a great experience.

Great condo.

When booking we were impressed with the unit’s location and pictures posted. Liked the idea of first floor, by the pool. Did not see the info regarding the pool closure until after the cancellation deadline had passed because of its placement. Would be fair to have that statement in bold print on first page with the posted photos. Could never open the curtains and enjoy because workers were in close proximity.The condo itself was otherwise perfect for us.

Excellent stay

The condo was clean and beautiful. The bed was super comfortable. Although pool was under construction, we knew that in advance. The was another pool in close access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. And Bette was extremely helpful.

2nd Time Stay!

We love this place so much that we stayed a second time and plan to stay again and again! The convenience to the pool and beach for my young family was ideal. While our baby napped our older kids were able to still swim in the pool that was steps away from our room. This place was everything we wanted and more! Highly recommend!

Convenience was excellent. The property manager was very nice and communication. Was great.

The room was clean and very accommodating. It was great to walk off patio straight to the pool and not have to use the elevators. I was very disappointed with the cable and internet. The Wi-Fi was awful and very slow when it did work. Disappointed that Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV, and Disney kept shutting down. Wi-Fi and internet was listed as an accommodation and it was awful. I couldn’t depend on the Wi-Fi while trying to utilize it for TV and/or work!

Amazing Place!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved everything about the place, steps from the pool and steps from the ocean. Extremely clean and the management company was amazing! We will be back for sure!!

Perfect!

This property is so well situated, you forget that you are in a high rise building and feel like you have your own little oasis. Literally steps to the pool and ocean. The resort itself is well maintained and the Baytowne Wharf was a fun way to spend an evening or two. We experienced some interuptions and noise due to repairs and construction in the unit beside us, which is not a fault in the unit we rented, just bad luck. Owner and property managers are very responsive and kind. Overall an excellent stay.

Mostly Great

My husband and I had a mostly positive experience while visiting this rental. The access to beach was great! Pool right outside the door was warm and clean. The living room was a bit of a bummer, the couch was uncomfortable (it's a pullout so I know that is common) Cable and internet issues also, however the property manager did inform us of this issue before arrival, so we really appreciated the heads up. The bedroom was clean and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and had plenty of towels, and supplies Kitchen had a great supply of dishes, utensils and cookware! Only complaint was that I couldn't find any plastic cups for the pool/beach area. I would bring some with you if you plan to do that. Overall, we loved the place but we're very put-off with the communication after our departure. We felt that we had done a decent job cleaning up after ourselves. However, they were very unhappy with us. In all of my past VRBO rentals there is a physical guide to follow when leaving that lists out exactly what they expect from you, so I was irritated that I received texts about the "mess" that we left. We rinsed all dishes well, left them in the sink. We gathered all garbage/recycling also, but didn't dispose of it in dumpster.(Again, we didn't know the cleaning instructions which I guess were in an email or app) Lastly, we were accused of smoking in the unit, which really upset us! I don't know why, it 100% never happened! Our stay was near perfect until the end.

Perfect little get away

Lovely condo in a great location. Perfect for a weekend R&R. Close to everything, shopping, dining, beach and pool. Property is very clean and easily accessible. Not our first time, hopefully not our last :)
