Coffee brews in the spacious kitchen with granite countertops and all the cookware needed for an extra special breakfast is just waiting for your culinary touch. Meanwhile the family gathers around the dining table or on the largest of three balconies to make plans for a fun-filled day! This Destin beach condo helps you realize what life is all about- enjoying our beautiful planet and spending time with loved ones. Think of the memories you’ll make- did you learn to stand-up-paddle, play a great game of golf, peruse Destin’s outdoor malls or go deep sea fishing? You may find that the best part of these new remembrances will be replaying them in your mind as you relax in the master suite! It’s an oasis all its own with a private balcony overlooking the beach, a flat screen TV plus a huge bathroom boasting double vanities, an oversized bath and a glass walk-in shower. Mediterranea’s distinctive horseshoe architecture, its great amenities and of course its proximity to the beach and Pompano Joe’s restaurant have kept visitors coming back again and again. Plenty of sun bathing chairs surrounding the beautiful resort sized pool are at the center of the immaculate lawn. Other amenities include a tennis court, a fitness center, a clubhouse, underground parking and almost 500 ft of unobstructed views and deeded beach access. This unit requires a 3 night minimum year around.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
