Limearita is a bright, 6-bedroom beach house designed for large families, groups of friends, and reunions. With an open floor plan and a private backyard oasis that includes a heated pool, it’s the ultimate base for a "park and relax" getaway in the heart of Miramar Beach.

THE LIMEARITA OASIS (PRIVATE POOL)
Our secluded backyard is a fenced retreat featuring a private pool. If you prefer a warmer, resort-style swim, you can have the pool heated to your choice of 83°F or 88°F for an added fee (collected AFTER booking). Heating must be for the full length of stay:

83°F – $35/night

88°F – $55/night Please message us for the exact upgraded heating cost for your dates.

GOLF CART
Rental will include a 6-seater electric golf cart provided by our third-party vendor. Guest and drivers will be required to complete their agreement, provide a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. All operators of the golf cart must be at least 24 years of age.

LOCATION & LIFESTYLE
Skip the beach parking battle! We are located just 2 blocks from the emerald waters and sugar-white sands. You can walk to the beach, Pompano Joe’s, and local favorites in minutes. A Greek restaurant and a Sushi spot are just 1 block away.

GATHERING SPACE
The heart of the home features an open layout and a custom-built artisan dining table that seats 15+ guests. It was locally crafted specifically for this house so your entire group can finally enjoy a group meal together in one spot!

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION

2 Master Suites: King beds, balcony access, and one with a dedicated workspace.

2 Main Floor Bedrooms: Queen beds for easy access (no stairs).

1 Guest Bedroom: Queen bed with coastal vibes.

1 Kid Zone Bunk Room: One Twin-over-Twin (with stairs) and one Full-over-Full (with ladder).

AMENITIES & PARKING

Beach Gear: We provide a beach wagon, chairs, towels, and sand toys.

Family Ready: Pack-n-Play and High Chair available upon request.

Parking: We are licensed for exactly 2 vehicles.

Tech: Ultra-fast Wi-Fi and 65-inch Smart TV in the main living area.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS & HOUSE RULES

To ensure a high-quality experience for all our guests, we require the following:

Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement and government-issued ID are required within 24 hours of booking.

Security Deposit: A 500 dollar refundable security deposit hold is required.

Check-in/out: 4:00 PM Arrival / 9:30 AM Departure. We cannot accommodate early arrivals, late departures, or luggage drop-offs.

Pet Policy: Max 1 approved dog (under 30lbs) with paid pet fee.

Strict Policies: No smoking/vaping inside or in the backyard. Absolutely NO GLASS in the backyard/pool area. No parties, events, glitter, or dye.

Monitoring: For your safety, exterior video cameras (NO interior views) and interior noise level monitors (decibels only) are in use.
