This spacious one bedroom studio boasts interiors that breathe with style, and is in close proximity to The Village of Baytowne Wharf. Situated on the third floor, this vacation rental has a unique location with great views of the pool and grand gardens. The room is equipped with a queen sized bed and a queen sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, sitting area, kitchenette with a microwave, sink and mini refrigerator. Bahia is an upscale bay front condominium with wonderful amenities including a lagoon style community pool, a bubbling hot tub, a round kiddie pool, an exercise room and a complimentary beach tram that will take you to any desired location on the resort.

Northwest Florida’s premier resort destination – Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort encompasses 2400 acres stretching between the Gulf of Mexico and the Choctawhatchee Bay. Here at the Emerald Coast’s only beach-to-bay resort visitors enjoy access to over seven miles of beach and bay frontage. STAY AWAY !! First off this property is part of Sandestin resort so the amenities are great. Second do not stay at this unit or at Ocean Reef properties. They are a big company that own many units inside, but from the beginning, the unit was awfully maintained and at best it is 2 star. Then the AC was making a terrible noise when on and off and we could not sleep. I submitted a request for service and someone came to fix it but she somehow managed to break the ACand gas came out which caused fire alarms to come off. It ruined our whole day and stay, and when I asked for refund they have the audacity of saying that this is not their fault and it happens. The fact that they ruin your vacation and put your pregnant wife at danger means nothing, they gave me a refund for half the stay, they charged for that day more than 1/3 the whole stay and they were acting like they were making me a favor. If you are lucky enough to not have an issue then you can stay. otherwise stay away because their pocket line is more important than you.

Wonderful

Overall it was the best place and resort I have ever stayed at. Small balconies, and quite a bit of walking if you are older. Plenty of restaurants on site. Beautiful views!

Great Location

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in this particular property. It is so close to beaches, shopping and dining. The pool was conveniently located and Baytowne was within walking distance. Checking in and out was easily completed on our phone. We will be staying her again.

Fantastic location!

This little studio is in a fantastic location! Super easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars in Baytowne. Very nice pool area, parking garage (free) and landscaping. Had a great trip!

Good place

Good place to stay if you don’t mind eating every meal out. Only a small microwave and mini fridge. Was not a fan of the shower or shower curtain. Was disappointed with the view as you have a balcony you can’t even walk out on and your view is a large palm tree. Overall it was fine for the 2 of us and close to ammenities!!

Enjoyable visit

When we first arrived, we didn’t realize that the parking garage for our building had an entrance beneath a different building. We found our room, then took the elevator down and walked around the parking garage until we found the exit. We walked to the room and found it clean. It had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and there was a luggage rack in the closet with the a/c unit, some dishes and two forks. There was also a built in hair dryer. They provided one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, one small bar of soap, a very small container of shampoo, body wash and lotion. They want you to wash the dishes, but no dish soap was provided, so we used shampoo. There is a trash chute at the end of the hallway. The landscaping was very attractive. The building is close to the pool. We never did find the fitness center. We enjoyed listening to the music at the Village of Baytown Wharf each evening. There were lots of restaurants to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner that we’re walking distance. There were activities for children, laser tag, ropes course and zip lining for teenagers. We would stay there again. It was enjoyable.

Great place for spring break!

My daughter and I stayed here while vacationing with other families located throughout destin. The location was great but we did have to allow some extra time due to traffic on the main road. It was clean, quiet, and the pool was awesome!

Disappointed

Was very disappointed with the constant construction noise from730-6 (and some times earlier and later). We couldnt hearing our television the noise was so loud. If we would have known this we would have stayed somewhere else.

Rental process excellent. Unit had 20-30 long female hair strands on the bath/shower wall inside the bathtub. Only a partial roll of toilet tissue available. Had to get more ourself.

Not what I expected

The property where our room was located was gorgeous, however when we walked into the room we were disappointed. First of all, the room had obviously not been cleaned in some time as it was very dusty. We had to wash the towels and linens provided because they only gave us enough for one day. We called and had additional towels and lines delivered but then found out they don’t pick up the dirty/wet towels. We spent over $20 washing stuff! Another issue was the very loud banging and drilling going on outside our room. There were workers out there for at least 4 hours at a time. The pool area was very nice and the village of Baytown. Wharf was very nice and inviting. I would stay on the Sandestin resort again but definitely not in the room/tower we were in

Wonderful 4th of July Experience!

This was a last minute book for us and it really worked out in our favor! The location is very convenient to all of the shops and restaurants of Baytowne Wharf. The room was clean and just as described. However, washing the dishes is part of the check out process and no dishes detergent was provided. Please update the communication prior to check in if guests are expected to provide their own dish detergent. Overall wonderful experience and would book again!

On app it said there was grill and possibly a stove. There wasn't. But it okay u assumed it didn't by the pictures. Wish they would have left more towels and toilet paper but it was overall nice place in the village. Little dusty but we survived.
