We are located within the fabulous Gulf Walk complex, just a short 5 min walk to the most beautiful beaches in Florida, and just minutes from premium shopping & dining. Escape to our little slice of paradise and enjoy an on-site sparkling pool, loaded game room with air hockey, foosball & Wii, HD TVs with Roku, PlayStation 3 with games, and blazing fast WiFi. **Pet-Friendly!

Our House is located in the fabulous Gulf Walk complex, right across the street from Emerald beach (5 min walk) and less than a mile to Winn Dixie--a close place for groceries. The Surf Hut, across the street, is great for a fried grouper sandwich and you're one mile from a great outlet shopping center.

When you book our amazing beach townhouse at Gulf Walk, you’ll be given a keyless entry code for easy access (self-check-in). There is space for 2 vehicles to park at the house, and additional parking is based on availability at the complex entrance.

The Gulf Walk complex is just steps from gorgeous emerald waters and white sand beaches.

As a guest at our townhouse, you’ll have full access to the shared, sparkling pool that our back patio overlooks.

Our villa is pet friendly! Don’t leave your furry family members behind. ($150 fee for one pet, or $180 for two)

You’ll have everything you need for a memorable vacation, right at your fingertips at our fun beach townhouse. Its prime location puts you just steps from powder white beaches and only mins from the hottest beach-side restaurants and shopping! Our property backs up to the shared Gulf Walk pool, making it practically in your backyard!

Our home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably, with 3 bedrooms and 6 beds.

Here’s the house breakdown, so you’ll know exactly what to expect:

Kitchen: If you love cooking while on vacation, you’ll be happy to find everything you need and then some, in our fully stocked kitchen! Enjoy stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), a double-toaster, a blender for morning smoothies, a coffee maker, plus plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. You’ll have everything you need to cook and enjoy meals in-home.

Dining: Enjoy plenty of seating for meals with our large family-style dining table and breakfast bar seating. There’s room for everyone! There’s also a 2nd level balcony and ground-level patio to sit and enjoy your morning coffee.

Living Room: Enjoy plenty of comfy seating for everyone, while you relax and stream your favorite show or movie on the 65” TV with Roku. The living room opens up to the covered patio and a nice courtyard view. There’s also a PlayStation 3, a full poker set, and board games if you want to make it a game night.

Loaded Game Room: If you want to take the gaming a step further, head over to the newly added game room! We converted the garage into a total gamer’s paradise! With an air hockey table, foosball table, and a Wii gaming console. This is the epic hangout for anyone who loves to game - kids, teens, or adults!

Bedrooms (2nd floor): Rest easy knowing everyone in your group has a comfortable place to sleep with 3 full bedrooms and 6 beds, all with luxury mattresses & HD TVs with Roku.

Want to grill some fresh seafood? Plan an evening cookout on the back patio with our furnished propane gas barbecue grill, while the kids swim or enjoy the loaded game room!

Additional:
+We provide a beach wagon, beach umbrella, & 2 beach chairs for your use every day, which is a $50 daily savings!! You’ll be just a 5-minute walk to white sand beaches!

+Need to work a little while on vacation? No problem! Our awesome townhouse offers high-speed wifi so you can vacation AND get work done. Everyone can stay connected and stream on their personal devices all at once, with no issues.

+There is a full-size washer and dryer located on the 2nd floor, so you can conveniently launder your clothes each day.

+A high chair can be provided for your little ones.

Cleanliness is priority! Just as our awesome guest reviews confirm, our wonderful villa will be deeply and thoroughly cleaned before your stay. Our staff uses CDC-approved hard surface disinfectants and sanitizer to kill all COVID-19 germs. We make sure to also disinfect all doorknobs, faucets, & bathroom fixtures to keep you safe & healthy.

A beach trip will never be complete without trying out thrill-seeking beach activities, such as parasailing, jet-skiing, or banana boating, so head on to the watersports rentals and water parks nearby for a fun and unforgettable adventure! If you are looking for something unique and more extreme, the adventure parks or off-road tours nearby are definitely worth the experience!

For retail therapy, the premium outlet malls are just minutes away from our beach home. We’re located just a few miles from Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also nearby is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway which also has a movie theater! Surely, you will never run out of things to do while on vacation with us!

Dining options in this area are endless. We recommend trying the Whales Tail for one of the freshest seafood-inspired menus in the area and mesmerizing ocean views. Pompano Joes is another local favorite. Other great eateries include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food, and numerous others.
We also recommend checking out Dolphin Reef, if snorkeling is on your itinerary. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), you can enjoy an up close and personal view of the amazing sea life that calls the reef home. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often.
