Our home is located in the popular Gulf Walk complex, right across the street from the beautiful Emerald Coast beach — just a 5-minute walk away 🏖️ Winn-Dixie is less than a mile away, making grocery runs quick and convenient 🛒 The Surf Hut, also across the street, is a local favorite for its fried grouper sandwich 🐟 Plus, you’ll be just one mile from great outlet shopping 🛍️✨

When you book our beautiful beach townhouse at Gulf Walk, you’ll receive a keyless entry code for easy self-check-in 🔑 Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles at the home, with additional parking near the complex entrance based on availability.

As our guest, you’ll also enjoy full access to the shared sparkling pool, conveniently located just outside our back patio 💦☀️

Our villa is pet-friendly too 🐾 so your furry family members are welcome. A $150 pet fee for up to 2 pets applies.

If you enjoy cooking while on vacation, you’ll love our fully stocked kitchen 🍳 It features stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, plus a double toaster, blender for smoothies, coffee maker, and plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. You’ll have everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home.

Dining:
There’s plenty of room for everyone to gather around the large family-style dining table, with additional seating at the breakfast bar 🍽️ You can also enjoy your morning coffee on the second-floor balcony or the ground-level patio ☕

Living Room:
The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating for everyone while you relax and stream your favorite shows or movies on the 65-inch Roku TV 📺 The space opens to the covered patio and overlooks the courtyard. You’ll also find a PlayStation 3, full poker set, and board games for a fun game night 🎮♠️

Loaded Game Room:
If you want to take the fun up a notch, head to the newly added game room 🎉 We converted the garage into a gamer’s paradise, complete with air hockey, foosball, and a Wii console. It’s the perfect hangout for kids, teens, and adults alike.

If snorkeling is on your itinerary, be sure to check out Dolphin Reef 🐠 Located just offshore from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access near Pompano Joe’s, this popular reef offers a chance to experience amazing marine life up close. The reef sits in about 12–20 feet of water, and for safety, we strongly recommend using a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device, as sea conditions can change quickly 🌊
