Another great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying in this unit, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The building is nicely tucked away, just steps from the pool, and the unit itself was clean and comfortable. We’d absolutely stay here again and are already hoping to book for next year!

Reviewer Comments: Lakefront was better in my opinion the room was ok some of the tile kitchen was broken and we had found a roach hallway and the air was set on 73 but it was really cold not so hot water in the master bedroom and i didnt realize the washer and dryer was outside and you paid to wash clothes property was well maintained though i would stay again but on Lakefront or the new Grove thats coming

My family absolutely loved this property! There was plenty of room for everyone. All six of us were able to sit at the dining table together as well as in the living room. We even had space to sit on the patio and enjoy the views. It was clean, comfortable, and had the best AC to keep us cool! All the comforts of home were readily available. The dishes, pots, pans, and anything needed was provided. The check-in process was very simple. The swimming pool was right across the street and the beach was less than a mile away. We were close to the outlets, grocery stores, and plenty of food options. This rental gets a 10! We will definitely be returning!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would definitely recommend. The space was nice and clean and very convenient to the festival grounds. I would highly recommend renting a golf cart. The first night the hot water wasn’t working. We called and there was a prompt service call. Due to some construction the hot water wasn’t working turned off so it was an easy fix. The rooms were a nice size and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The shower and bathtub have floors in them that are so worn out that they look filthy. The mstr. shower has holes in the side of the wall. I turned on a bathroom fan and little black stuff was all over the floor. The kitchen faucet makes a horendous thumping sound and the spray arm of it leaks to the beat of the sound. BTW_I have reported all of these things and get no response by email or otherwise. The young people who were always so nice and tried to help, couldn't do much but pass on the message to Austin who did absolutely NOTHING. Also, without my knowledge, they changed the unit I was supposed to stay in, 20A got switched and I was never notified. I had two knee surgeries and stated that at time of resv. and they put me in 93D on the second floor.Very, very unhappy and would suggest this place to ANYONE. Because of the management of Austin

Beautiful resort - guest relations and cleanliness failed

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Seascape for the past 35 years and have loved it. However, the last 2 to 3 years, the unit was dirty and the televisions did not work. The floors were filthy, leaving our toddler and our feet filthy. It was difficult to get the guest relations team to answer the phone and when they did, they were not courteous our concerned about our issues. We love the resort and have many good memories but are sad to say we won't be staying there again.

Had to stay there 2 nights before they would move us. Next condo was great. Amanda from the office was very helpful. Would NEVER stay there again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos make this place look better that what it is. A few things about the place, it could use a refresh. The carpet in the living room is very old, there are burned out outlets throughout the place, the dishwasher handle is broken, there are broken tile pieces in the kitchen, all the beds are rock hard. I called maintenance because we noticed the garbage disposal wasn't working and one of the remotes in the room wasn't programed for us to use so they fixed both. As far as the outlets making some of the lights flicker when we used them, they told us we need to stretch out the prongs on all OUR plugs to make them fit properly into burned out outlets to work. I don't think that's a great solution. We ended up using only 2 or 3 specific plugs. There's no pantry space, all the cabinets are full with dishes so we had to use the table and counters to put all our food since we were staying for about 8 days. There's no washer and dryer which was pretty inconvenient so we had to wash downstairs and the broom they had looked maybe about 10 years old. Just an older unit that could really use an upgrade, will not stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location to the beach is good. However, the online pictures don’t do justice to how old this condo really is. The wall behind the front door had a big hole in it. The shower/tub fixtures were old, moldy, and in need of repair. The kitchen was also in need of a refresh. I get it’s the beach, but sand was ALL OVER the floor when we arrived. So much of it everywhere that we couldn’t walk without shoes indoors. No dishwasher tabs or dish soap, extremely low amount of paper products and linens considering the length of our stay and number of people there. The living room was the best part of the condo, though the couch was pretty broken down too. Laundry facility below stairs and was easy and convenient to use. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again. We paid a decent amount to be there and had to go shopping to supply our stay. And I just couldn’t get over the dirty floors. I ran the vacuum myself, which I’m not looking to do while on vacation.

My sons bed was broken, so my husband had to prop it up. It was after hours so we cleaned and my husband went and bought new bedding for the beds fromWalmart. Bc the bedding was not clean. Outdated unit. No wager and dryer in unit. That was all very disappointing. We have stayed at majestic sun several times,we switched over bc we wanted more space. So we assumed it would be great as well. I don’t complain. But I did call the next morning and left a voicemail about how dirty the unit was and no one called me back. 🙃 so we just went in and enjoyed the rest of our week!

Worst Rental EVER !!!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cannot imagine any rental property being any worse. Dirty, moldy, holes/gashes in walls, vent covers and switchplates hanging by a thread, furniture/mattresses are 40+ years old. This dump has not had a bit of updating since it was built in the 70's. Management was indifferent at best, almost bordering on hostile. I could not in good conscience place the homeless in this building. By the way, the golf course is not any better (one of the worst in Florida).
