BOOK 7 NIGHTS, GET 7th NIGHT FREE ~ BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED

The Blue Surf complex, with only 34 units, has been a family favorite for a number of years. You ll enjoy spacious grounds, close beach access, lush tropical landscaping, a seasonally heated pool, shuffleboard court, and convenient access to area restaurants, shopping, the outlet mall, golf courses, and other activities. Pompano Joe's, a landmark seafood restaurant right on the beach, is only steps away.

Our 1-bedroom/ 1 bath #16A is a great place for couples or couples with small children. And this unit has been recently updated. Freshly painted in 2021, a new stacked washer dryer was added; new furniture was added including a king bed in the bedroom, a new sleeper sofa, living room chair and 2 new flat screen smart HDTVs in the living room and bedroom.

The Jack and Jill bathroom is located off the bedroom or the hallway. There is a tiled walk in shower with sliding glass doors. Great for getting ready individually in your own private sink area. There are 2 sinks located in the bathroom as well as hair dryers.

The couch in this unit is a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space if needed.

Unit 16A has a private, high-speed Internet service from Cox Cable. You should have no problem getting access to the Internet or streaming media through our private Wi-Fi system. You will find instructions for accessing this complimentary service in your check-in letter.

The seasonally heated pool is a few steps from your private patio. The beach is 100 yards away with beach access directly across from the Blue Surf property. Everything about 16A makes like easy and convenient while visiting the beach.

From mid-March through November 18th, we offer complimentary daily beach service of two chairs and a beach umbrella that is set up for you on the beach.

For your convenience, Blue Surf Unit 16A has a designated parking spot right outside the front door.

If you are planning a larger family get-together, ask about renting our other units at Blue Surf.

Weekend vacation

We loved staying at 16A at The Blue Surf. Beautiful place to stay, very clean and neat. Enjoyed the patio and high chairs to sit in and overlook the pool area. Close to lots of good places to eat close by and in walking distance. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Fits the bill!

The location is fantastic! Booking and check in was easy. The place is really nice, recently remodeled. There is a funky smell in the unit that seems to be coming from the air ducts. (Not the owners issue). Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Blue surf is perfectly located for everything. Unit was nice and met some very nice people staying there. One couple also lived blue surf and we plan on vacationing there again. Beach service was also very nice. The weather didn't cooperate but was still a nice unit, host and stay.

Great stay with some comments

1. The check in time was advertised at one time but the real check in time was an hour later. That is not good. 2. The TV needs to be a decent SMART TV with more channels. 3. The location was superb and close to the beach. 4. It was fantastic to finally have a pet-friendly location. That made the vacation much, much better. 5. Ms. Richardson is great. The management company could be a little nicer and more understanding

Incredible Accomodations

As always, my husband and I have a fantastic stay at Blue Surf. It is our third time renting at this location (different units each time) and it was nothing but perfection from start to finish. We wouldn't change a thing! We are looking forward to our next stay already!

Owner Poor communication Skills

This condo was ok the location is not what I would choose in the future. I had a medical emergency prior to arriving and reached out to the owner to see if I could cancel based on that. She didn't respond back so i assumed that I could not and e mailed her that I was on my way with an ETA. I also left her two voicemails to which she did not respond back to. When I got there I had not been given an access code by the owner so had to call Harmony Mgt to get it. The owner responded back later saying that she had cancelled my reservation with no reason given and no refund. Not Good communication. I will not be renting through VRBO again based on this expewrience. You really need to screen the owners that you allow to rent through your agency.

The entire complex was very good. Your condo had everything accept a good internet. I appreciate the new toilet but whoever installed it didn't know what they were doing you may want to go by and look at it. You had new paint on the trim in the bathroom and it is pealing off.

Wonderful Getaway

We stayed a week for our anniversary. Loved being across the street from the beach and used the beach umbrella/chair service every day. Appreciated being able to bring our dog. Kitchen was well stocked with items but there was no ice maker in the freezer or ice trays. Would have been nice to know to bring ice in advance.

Nice little condo

The condo was cute and was located right by the pool and across the street from the beach. We also liked that we could walk over to Pompano Joe’s in the evening. Bed was comfy. Great communication with the host.

Close to beach. Cute decorations and bed was comfortable. Little bit of noise from upstairs but not too bad. Easy check in and check out. Linens were clean. Needed a little deep cleaning but we’d stay there again.

Unit 16A. Comfortable king size bed, spacious shower and kitchen had everything one needs. Location is fantastic. Michelle had excellent details in a folder recommending restaurants and things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful property!

We stayed here during the month of February. This condo is very cute on the inside and the kitchen is equipped with anything you possibly would need. It is perfect for 2 people. Michelle, our host was extremely responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. The pool is heated and has plenty of space for lounging. I would highly recommend this condo or any of Michelle Richardson’s rentals at the Blue Surf location.

Last minute vacation

The property and location were great. Lost sleep because upstairs neighbors!! Sounded like they had a heard of cattle up there! Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much!!
