"The maid service didn’t show up until late, 6:00 - 7:00 pm and once they left equipment in the room and forgot to replenish coffee once, and a couple of times didn’t make the bed. There a few small items of deferred maintenance which could be easily cured if someone paid attention."

"All the staff were amazing. My issue was the room we were in. The AC never worked properly and hardly cooled down even on lower settings. The light was out on one side of the bed. The refrigerator was barely cool even set on a lower temp. There was a pretty noticeable stain on the chair that was at the desk.
