Located on the second and top floor (no elevator), this bright 70 m² apartment is surrounded by private balconies on all sides. But the true gem of the home is the panoramic terrace of over 100 m² overlooking the picturesque Gulf of Gaeta, fully equipped with a beach umbrella, table, chairs, and lounge chairs: the ideal spot for sunset dinners, aperitifs with a view, or simply moments of complete relaxation.

• Living room with a dining table, comfortable sofa, and Smart TV
• A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel at home
• Two double bedrooms (one with an additional pull-out bed)
