"I was very disappointed to book and prepay a king room and end up with two queens. I dislike the two queens rooms- very little space outside of the beds, bad angles all around to the TV etc. I was told it was because they were “so busy”. Well, I rebooked and paid for my room choice so busy should not have mattered. Nearly $400 a night is a lot for a room type I dislike. Next, I called room service for over an hour with no answer. You can no longer order from the TV so it just was not available....

"Great staff who didn’t have much to work with. First room were in- a/c heater didn’t work and toilet wouldn't flush. Moved to nearby room with marginal a/c heater. No wifi in rooms, only in lobby. Hallways and lobby must have been about 45 or 50 degrees. Freezing. They should take the money they're spending on refrigerating the hallways and use it to improve the wifi. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but in both rooms there was a hook bracket on the back of the bathroom door, but no hook-...

"I came back because i liked the room they gave me on June 3rd. This time they made me wait 3 hours after 3pm and did not gave me the room i paid for! Was a King bed with Basthtub. They gave me a Queen bed , with horrible bath not the room i stayed days before for sure it was at the end of the hall way and poorly decorated. So de DISAPPOINTING"

"For the most part, this is a pretty good place to stay. The only thing I did not like is it is a bit on the expensive side, parking is a little bit difficult, and the breakfast is difficult to understand as you have to pay for it separately. "
