"Check in was easy. Kitchen had necessary equipment to make our meals. Wi-fi was a little sketchy. If you accessed Wi-fi on your phone the Television would buffer. Hot Tub was clean and very nice (also private). The bedding and towels felt lovely and I appreciated no wrinkles on the sheets.... Well done..."

"Relaxing stay! Beautiful, clean, and well stocked home exactly as described. More than enough space for my husband, adult daughter, and me. Perfect location for day trips into Ranier and local hiking spots - host provided snacks which were a much appreciated extra touch. Delighted by daily visits from a doe and her twin fawns who ventured right up near the windows. Hope to be back!"

"Our stay at the house was excellent.The house was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and check-in was easy.The proximity to the water was a big plus and made our stay even more enjoyable."

"After hiking the Skyline Trail loop up Mt Rainier relaxing in this peaceful home was just what my family needed. We enjoyed a soak in the hot tub, the nearby swimming hole, movies, and the comfy furniture. My big kids enjoyed having a bit of privacy sharing the mother in law suite while the littles shared the smaller bedroom. This home exceeded our expectations! "

"We had the best time staying at The Walker's cabin. We were in town from overseas to visit family, and are so glad we chose the cabin as our home away from home. The cabin was spotless and incredibly comforting. If you are looking for a great cabin in the woods, yet close to town, this is your place. Thank you to The Walkers for being great hosts. We hope to be back again one day."

"Beautiful property backing up to a creek flowing into the nearby river, so you get the babbling brook sound all the time. It's in a nice secluded area, but not too far from Packwood. The home is nicely maintained and filled with all the amenities we wanted including a nice Weber grill for the salmon we caught in Puget Sound.Would definitely stay here again - easy, peaceful vacation."

"We loved this cabin. The beds were comfy and the kitchen and living space were in great condition. The outside space and hot tub were lovely and the laundry was very helpful for our young family. There were awesome maps (we hiked in Rainier during our stay), and a ton of unexpected extras. 10/10 would stay again. "

"Beautiful and clean property with short distance to Mt Rainier’s Paradise entrance. Our family enjoyed our stay. The visit from the elks is a plus for the kids. The house is well stocked with basic amenities. "

"Our experience was fantastic. The property was well maintained, with very clear instructions. The walk ability around Packwood was also a bonus. We enjoyed our time on Mt. Rainier and all the side trails on the way up. The owners were very receptive and responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this property."

"Great place. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, clean and a very well stocked kitchen! It was also in a great location. Close proximity to Mr Ranier National Park as well as other local hiking trails. Would definitely stay there again."
