"An established and historic hotel built of Bath stone just outside Corsham,Wilts off the A4 road to Bath. The grounds of 2/3 acres are beautifully maintained and with a tennis court.

"Outstanding pub! Well appointed rooms, tasteful and charming decor. We stayed here while walking the Cotswold Way. We had lunch in town before checking in and chatted with locals in the area. Each time we said we had reservations at The Crown the response would be ‘oh, great pub!’, or ‘delicious food’, or ‘oh, that’s a proper pub’. The Crown lived up to it all! "Good food in the garden, nice to see the rooms ( or the one I dad) had been renovated. It's a great place and I stay about 6 times a year, some of the rooms were looking and feeling tired so fingers crossed they are now spending some money on the place. Service and food always been spot on."
"We were on ground floor by courtyard when we got there thought it would be a noise problem as people drinking out there in sunny weather. However on both nights all gone by 10. Staff very helpful, food good, would use again.
