I had to scramble to find another room on a busy weekend and paid nearly double the cost. Both parties are blaming each other and no one cares if we were inconvenienced ..."

This was my second stay at this hotel. I thought maybe by the time I came the second time that they would’ve worked on the bathrooms. ..."
