We made BeachView the kind of getaway we craved — a place where the pace slows, the sea breeze clears your mind, and you can simply be with the people (and pets) you love most. Nestled right on the beach, BeachView offers peaceful seclusion yet keeps you just minutes from the best that Rehoboth and Lewes have to offer — from charming boutiques and fresh seafood restaurants to kayaking, golf, and sunset cruises.

WAKE UP TO THE SOUND OF WAVES, NOT THE BUZZ OF TRAFFIC
Each morning greets you with the gentle rhythm of waves, sunlight glinting off the bay, and perhaps a pod of dolphins passing by. Step onto the deck with a cup of coffee and watch the dune grass sway in the sea breeze. When you’re ready for the day, slip down the steps and your toes are instantly in the sand — no crowds, no commute, just you and the shoreline.

Spend the afternoon however you please: stretch out on our deck chairs with a good book, take a long walk down the coast collecting shells and sea glass, or cool off in the water before rinsing off in the outdoor shower. When evening comes, grill fresh local seafood on the outdoor grill, set the table on the deck overlooking the dunes, and dine under a canopy of stars while the surf plays its endless song.

A COMFORTABLE AND WELCOMING COASTAL HOME
Inside, you’ll find comfort and simplicity that mirrors the easy rhythm of beach life. The open floor plan fills with natural light and ocean views from nearly every window. The home sleeps up to six guests comfortably with a king, queen, and twin bed. It comes stocked with cotton linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TVs — everything you need for a restful stay.

BeachView is also stocked with games for both inside and out, so there’s fun for every kind of day. Challenge your friends to Spikeball or Cornhole in the sand, or stay in for a cozy night of board games and jigsaw puzzles as the waves roll outside your window. Whether you’re making memories under the sun or around the table, BeachView brings people together.

Framed by trees on both sides, BeachView offers more privacy than most beachfront homes, giving you the sense of your own slice of paradise. Dogs are welcome too (leash required on the beach year-round), because we know vacations are better when the whole family comes along.
