"We really loved the location being just steps from the beach. We had a family of 11 there & it was spacious enough for us all. Also, glad there was 3 full bathrooms. I like the fact you can bring your dog, even though we didn't. The sundeck has been repaired, it has a beautiful view up there. The property company called to make sure everything was good, we told them there wasn't many pans & casserole dishes, so they had all kinds of new cookware delivered to us whitin a couple of hours....

"Beautiful property! Location was perfect for my needs; near family and across the street from the beach. Beds were comfortable. Only suggestion for improvement would be that the thermostat was at 80 when I arrived so it took some time to get the house comfortable. I would absolutely stay there again!"

"The cottage was very very clean! The house does lean as all the other reviewers mentioned but that’s not really a big deal because all the other aspects of the house are so nice! The bathrooms are great, updated. The refrigerator works well and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. My daughter lives on Coyle and was having a navy ceremony on Friday so this was literally a stones throw away from her house. Perfect location! "

"Absolutely 100 times over the best. Every thing was as described in listing. Host was so helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. Cant say enough positive things about our experience and how lovely it was stay here with all the amazing things you can do from going to the beach to kayaking or relaxing at the pool. Besides how clean and welcoming the condo was. Absolutely will be booking to stay here again and again. "

"Everything was as described. Host responded quickly to our questions. The pier was magical. The air conditioning was great, which is not always a given in a rental in July in Florida! The grounds and house could use some TLC, but it didn’t negatively impact our stay much. Bring a headlamp, there is not much light outside! There are motion sensor lights but they only stay on for a few seconds. There are also solar powered lights out back as the pictures show which help, but are more for ambiance....
