"When I arrived to the apartment the key was not in the lock box. It was late and I called Chelsea. She immediately called me back and explained where the key was due to an issue with the new lock box. She was quite attentive and respinsive. The pmace was exactly as pictured My daughter and I took a quick walk to the beach and it was so close! The private parking was an 8 minute walk each way. "I liked the apartment and location. Lots of space and really enjoyed the screened in porch. The layout of the apartment was really neat and would give great privacy if staying with other people. Did not use the pool so no comment for that. Lots of storage/closet space and appreciated having a washer/dryer. Only critiques: check in was 3pm & we got there at 3:20 and someone was still there cleaning. No paper towels & only 1 roll toilet paper in one bathroom and 1/3 roll in the other (not huge...

"Amazing just like every year. This is the place to stay at Rehoboth Beach. We parked the car on Tuesday and didn't see it again until we checked out on Saturday morning. Everything is right there. My family has fallen in love with Jane's Unit and will be returning every summer. The communication from the owner is amazing. Not one bad thing to say in 3 consecutive years other than we've been totally spoiled being steps from the beach! "

I brought food down and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook a meal. It’s a cozy and quiet place and relatively close to the beach, restaurants and shops.
