"Stayed overnight on a dinner bed and breakfast rate. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was nice but the bathroom was in need of an upgrade, that being said it was very clean. Inner was fantastic all meals are homemade to a very high standard not a frozen item to be seen. Breakfast again was a good. Very central to the centre of Lancaster. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The Royal is a great hotel situated in the quaint village of Heysham. We loved our stay. Lots of nice walks and history. The hotel has a very relaxed and chilled atmosphere. The food is excellent and all staff are friendly and display excellent communication and customer service skills. Everwhere is spotlessly clean. Free parking is an added bonus. We will be returning soon and I will recommend the Royal to my friends and family."

"Não tivemos sorte na nossa estadia. Nos deram um quarto bem embaixo do restaurante então era extremamente barulhento, inclusive logo pela manhã. No outro dia nos passaram para um outro quarto que dizia ser não pra fumante, mas havia um cheiro forte de cigarro. No geral o hotel é bem limpo, bons quartos e conta com um bom atendimento. "The hotel was lovely. Our room was immaculate. Clean towels were supplied and replaced when needed. The bed was very comfortable. We had a sea view room. What a difference. We had breakfast on the last day. The young girl was very friendly and the choice of food on the menu was worth the cost. There was no rush to leave the restaurant either. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend. Pets also were welcomed too."
