"I paid triple the price since it was a holiday weekend. I thought I would be annoyed by that. However, I have no complaints since David was the most accommodating host. The house had PLENTY of space. The kids had so much fun. We fit 3 families comfortably. We came for the Cowtown Rodeo which is about 25 minutes away. We thought we would only be sleeping here but it turned out to be so nice to hang out it in! Stayed up and played cards. Only thing to know is that all of the beds are twins....

"This was a great place to stay for my family of three. It’s a quick drive to Stone Harbor beach, and the beach passes included at the house were an added convenience. The space was very clean and well put together. We also really enjoyed the outdoor area and pool. Would definitely stay again!"

"The house is fantastic for the Jersey Shore. We typically rent down on the other end of the BW near Bob’s. What I loved about this location was all the play spaces by OCHS. We did a girls trip as a Christmas present for my teen nieces. We had 6 girls along with 3 chaperones and 2 babies. There was plenty of room to spread out on the one day that was an entire washout. "Clean home on a quiet street. We (2 adults) stayed in early June prior to the summer rush. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog and the location was excellent for walks with the bayside beach a short stroll down the road. Early morning and evening walks on the beach were well worth it! We saw bald eagles and ospray several times just before the amazing sunsets each evening. Very few people on the beach and dogs are welcome at that beach - while they are NOT allowed at the main beach or...

"Being right on the ocean was amazing and having the water come right up under the bungalow during high tide was perfection. We did go during horseshoe crab spawning season which was a shock to see 1,000s of horseshoe crabs on shore! Watching the a sunset/sunrise while also listening to the ocean waves was so beautiful and relaxing. The rental was clean and met all of our needs. "I have stayed in many rental houses throughout the years, and this was by far the best experience I have had. The entire place was pristine and well appointed. Pool, fire pit, board games, everything you could want in a place was there. No detail was overlooked. The appliances were high end and anything you could want was provided. Glenn was very responsive and worked with us when we wanted to extend our stay. I will 100% return and have already recommended it to my family."

"This property was perfect for our family vacation. We have children ages 5,3,1 and it was so nice being close to the beach, and in a quiet part of town. There was very little traffic on the street for most of the day. We were close enough to walk/bike to breakfast and lunch spots and there’s also a playground in 52nd street that’s great! We thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back again!"
