"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at our Coastal Club townhouse. We had easy access to the pools and we were a short drive to Lewes! The townhouse itself was beautiful inside and made for a VERY comfortable family vacation. We look forward to coming back!"

"We’ve always stayed bayside and took a chance on a new property this year and I’m not sure we could go back. The ease of the central location, having a designated parking space and being steps from the beach, made it so easy to set up in the morning, rinse off with the hose, come back for snacks and bathrooms and then back out to the beach! The view from the second floor was perfect. We spent many hours on the comfortable balcony furniture listening to the waves crash, playing games and...

"Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! Secluded and quiet, but walkable to many stores and even a bar. Community pool was a huge bonus for the kids. Straight shot to Bethany Beach. We loved staying at this house and would happily return in the future. "

"The house and location was wonderful. In a very quiet community. The community offered a gym, pool and tennis courts. We loved staying here. It was close to the beach and the shuttle system to the beach was a life saver. It was a clean place and we all enjoyed having our own privacy space in the house. Steven was very responsive. "

"Property was overall very nice but some things needed attention. Because our rental was in December, I would recommend more blankets. The combination microwave/oven over the stove was not working properly. The oven portion worked but the microwave was not. The cleaning service could also do a deeper cleaning. Pantry floor and under/behind dressers was not clean. Overall though, these were things we were able to deal with. Wonderful vacation"
