"Great stay! Everything was clean and comfortable."

"The property was lovely and clean. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook at home if you didn't feel like heading out to eat. There was also some beach equipment, coolers, and even bikes available by the owner for use if you didn't bring your own.The owner left a book with helpful information about nearby locations as well as explaining the trolley and parking system in the area which was valuable to someone who wasn't local. Plenty of towels...

"Checks every box!"

"This house is exactly what we needed for a short weekend getaway with friends. Andrew, the point of contact, was spectacular. He gave us restaurant ideas, parking spots for the beach, got us an early check-in, and was always able to communicate easily with. The house itself was perfect. "This was a wonderful stay! The house was immaculate and everything was super easy and accessible! Jim was a wonderful host. We would happily rent this property again next summer :)"

"First time staying at this property and was a great experience. It's in the same building as the Dewey Beach Yacht Club in the Marina (We weren't sure if we staying in a room or on a boat at first lol). We got in a little early and we were able to get in the apt at 3:30 instead of 4pm. Property was as described and very clean. Looked like it had been remodeled, although the ceiling looked like it some had noticable water damage in the past as joints were peeling and the 2nd BR had a small hole...

"We enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable. The house was clean and we plan on going again in the future. Maureen is a perfect host,"

"Very nice property. And responsive host.Pet friendly but no fenced yard, but the neighborhood is very walkable and many many others walk their dogs. Very clean, nicely stocked with essentials, towels, etc. Multiple adults may find the second and third bed less appealing as one is definitely more kid focused as a bunk bed. The location is excellent for quick access to major convenience like Walmart, wawa, numerous restaurants and grocery stores, and if the mood strikes and you want the chaos...
