"We spent our women only family vacation in the Lodge at PineyBrook and had an amazing time!! The lodge was beautiful, had activities for everyone, clean, comfortable, had everything you could possibly want or need in a home, and was close to Nashville. "The host was very responsive when we messaged him. APP was a bit cumbersome. I had to update and verify my ID too many times. We didn't get the access code until nearly 4:30 when check in was 4:00 because of the verification issue. It's difficult to do when you are traveling and you have already done it multiple times before leaving. It took multiple calls to finally get past the AI assistant and talk to a real person. "The bed was very comfortable and had wonderful pillows and bedding. The bathroom was well equipped and the rain shower head was fabulous. It was close enough to Nashville but not so close to be loud or busy. There were charging cables available for use no matter what kind of connection you needed, they were there. Also, very quiet neighbors."

"Tim’s accommodations were exactly as noted, it was perfect for us. Very comfortable all around, and it was a short Uber ride to Broadway. The accommodations were very clean and we had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to our questions and privacy was never an issue. "Clean inside but did smell a little like Clorox. Very nice updated place and comfortable bed. It could use adding another dish towel - only one was supplied - and maybe a dish cloth for washing dishes. Also the tap water was not the best, it would be a nice touch to add an RO system, a Brita, or at least a few water bottles for guests in case of emergency. Great location and parking. The weeds next to the house were pretty overgrown so maybe cleaning up the landscaping a bit would be good."

Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay"

"Hotel super próximo à Broadway. Fomos muito bem tratados por toda a equipe. Roupa de cama e de banho muito confortáveis, a cama também era muito confortável. Gostamos bastante do hotel. Únicos pontos medianos é que o quarto é bem pequeno, e que nós colocaram em um quarto ao lado da academia, e toda vez que alguém jogava os pesos no chão ou no equipamento, fazia muito barulho no quarto; acordamos assustados algumas vezes."
