"Great place, perfect if youre going to the amphitheater and may have a couple drinks, because the walk there and back is not bad at all. Only thing was we were wondering what the earplugs were for, and being so close to the ocean, the seagulls were obviously what they were for. All jokes aside, I highly recommend. It was clean and cozy, and really convenient for our concert"

"My teenage daughter and I were moving my son into his dorm on campus and this location was absolutely perfect for us! Super close to campus and to downtown shopping, we just walked everywhere. Very clean and smelled fantastic every time we walked in the door. Will definitely be coming back!!"

"Great studio, worked well for our stay to attend Yale Commencement. The location is convenient to campus with multiple close dining options. Well appointed space with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There are shared laundry and kitchen areas….be mindful of that if you’re planning to cook meals, there is no kitchen in the unit but it does have an under counter refrigerator and a small sink.We would recommend a stay here, it’s very convenient and comfortable!"

"The apartment is beautifully restored, whimsically decorated with very nice furniture which is also comfortable. There are lights and outlets everywhere!! Linens and towels sparking clean and brand new!! All kinds of kitchen equipment. As an “older person”!! I had a little trouble navigating the shower that is in an enclose tub but that would not be a problem for the young. It is in a part of town with a moderately busy street and a rooster in the am!! "Chegamos em um final de semana , os hotéis estava todos ocupados pois era época de formatura e só encontramos vaga neste hotel, ficamos duas diárias, o quarto não foi limpo, o hotel precisa de uma boa reforma e limpeza, os lençóis não estavam lavados . O café da manhã no domingo estava bom , mas na segunda-feira foi muito ruim."
