Boa localização e infraestrutura. Flat muito bem mobiliado. Contudo, como ficamos 3 noites não tivemos direito a limpeza. Penso que seria importante nesta época de pandemia.

Very good apartment and swimming pools. Good kitchen and bathroom. Cleaning of the apartment was also good during our stay. Nice place for families with or without kids. Generally it was a pleasant stay. Down points is only no free internet and for the price in August it could have included at least breakfast but it was also an option.

Resort excepcional com uma equipe de alta qualidade e disponibilidade no atendimento, em especial a Sra. Suzana e a Srta. Irene. O inconveniente é o custo do Wi-Fi que é muito alto. Próximo da praia e próximo de bons restaurantes.

Je recommande. Il y a une épicerie plutôt cher proche et le Mercadona celle qui est plus abordable est à 3km. La plage à distance de marche est petite. Vous avez accès à un “boardwalk” pour vous rendre à des plages plus grandes. Vous devez payer 10 euros (par chambre) pour avoir accès à la piscine intérieur et porter un casque de bain.

I was supposed to stay for 11 days, but had to leave a week earlier. The office manager refused to refund me the 7 days, which didn’t set well with me. Will not stay here ever again.

Great value, convenient and clean!
Very clean, comfortable space. Good size, all I needed for a peaceful escape. Very quiet and the builders didn't start in the area until 10a, which was good for me. Check in was a fair amount of formality but the reception staff were excellent. English speaking and super friendly/helpful. Very pleased with my visit.

Vi bodde på en leilighet med 2 soverom og ble veldig positiv overrasket over størrelsen. Det var rent og fint. Kunne vært litt mer kjøkken utstyr, feks kniver, men det var helt ok ift vårt behov. Hyggelige personale.

Not as good as it used to be
We have stayed here many times over the past years and have perhaps been lucky with our location and size of room, this year we were quite out of the way of the main pool which was disappointing and our apartment was smaller, once the bed settee was pulled out there was barely room to get passed onto the balcony and the sofa itself as a bed was really uncomfortable, our balcony was partly open to the next door apartment which was awkward at times, we had 2 cleans which as normal were really good but toilet paper and tissues and dishwasher tabs were not restocked so we ran out, the price for renting towels for the pool is now 8 euros per person per week so we had to pay out 32 euro before we started, rules claim that the hotel towels are not to be used by the pool and there were several people using these around the pool, towels were put on the best sunbeds at 8.30 by people to save beds who then did not turn up till 10, this was really annoying again against hotel rules, the indoor pool and other facilities are now chargeable too. The staff are always friendly and very helpful, food at the hotel resteraunt is quite expensive especially compared to the restaurants just up the road on the strip

If you find yourself with no toilet paper, you can always come to the reception and the team will be happy to assist you. On the other hand, the dishwasher and washing machine tablets are a courtesy, we also sell them in the reception at an affordable price. About the pool towel rules, our lifeguards remove the towels after an hour to be alone with no guests using the sunbeds, we apologize for the inconvenience that this may occur during your stay. We really appreciate your feedback as it will help us take the necessary actions to ensure all guests enjoy a home-from-home experience during their time with us. Your comments will be forwarded to the team so we can improve our service.We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future.Kind regards,

Der Spa-Innenpool-Bereich ist ein Witz
Der Spa-Innenpool-Bereich ist ein Witz: die Sauna war ausgeschalten, der Whirlpool dauerhaft von den gleichen drei Personen belegt, der Innenpool war so kalt, dass man es (mit Kind) nicht lange aushalten kann. Wir waren an einem kühlen Regentag in dem Club, um eben genau Innenpool/Spa zu benutzen. Das Apartment war aber schön eingerichtet und ansonsten auch tadellos.

The half hour checkin process is a rediculois waste of time unless the client has never stayed in a hotel before. Allow the staff to present the guest with a 'Please read carefully' summary of all the T Cs and advice is a vastly better idea.

Muy bien todo...salvo un pequeño percance en lo que se refiere a los 100 euros de deposito...en el hotel nos exigieron que fuese pagado con tarjeta y nuestra tarjeta no funcionaba, mientras que en expedia no venia especificado en ningun sitio(al final aceptaron el efectivo)

Aardig complex maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar
Ons verblijf verliep niet naar wens. Onze accommodatie was redelijk maar het uitzicht echt beneden peil. Daarnaast zeer gehorig ( tot 3 uur in de nacht veel herrie!
