- Newly Built, Modern Contemporary Design, Large Kitchen with commercial cooktop, 2 Master Bedrooms, and 3 other standard large bedrooms. All Bathrooms are over-size shower. There are 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs, and 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs. Very quiet neighborhood.
- This home is a perfect place for family, sport team or event for small business. It is about 5 minutes away from Disneyland Park, Anaheim Convention Center, Knott’s Berry Farm; 20 min away from Huntington Beach; 25 min from Newport Beach, world famous art walk of Laguna Beach, Long Beach Aquarium and 30 to 45 min away from Universal Studio, Los Angeles.

Awesome place for big families

We had the best experience possible staying at this property. It’s as advertised. We were 17 in total and we all felt comfortable. The ample open kitchen gave us the opportunity to connect, talk and dine in together. All the big rooms have a smart Von them, although we didn’t even got to make use of then, since we were having so much fun in the common area. The house is well equipped and has everything a big family needs to feel comfortable and cook as needed. The kitchen equipment is plenty and new. Communication with the managers was easy and swift. She even brought us an extra mattress and a brand new electric pump to accommodate us better. The only small inconvenience is the distant from Universal, because of the traffic it took us 2 hours to get to the park (1h:20m without traffic). On the other hand it’s a 10/15 min drive to a great beach, where the kids got to have a lot of fun. Thank you very much. Would definitely stay there again and recommend It to whoever needs to spend some days in California.

The house was very clean, very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms with the necessities. I contacted the owner twice during the week regarding minor things that needed attention. The issues were addressed immediatly and were resolved. Everything about the stay was excellent.

Great place for family gatherings.

We had a family reunion. This location was close to Disneyland beaches Universal Studios was big enough for us to gather and play games. The host was wonderful. Amenities were awesome. We especially loved the shower water pressure and temperature.

Nice & clean house

Dianne Truong was incredibly helpful and very responsive to our questions. The home was really clean and stylishly decorated. The kitchen is really big and nice. It would be perfect if there is a little backyard. We had such a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone! We would stay there again on our next visits.

This home was very comfortable and convenient.

We had a large group of family. Every family group had a very large room and their own bathroom. This house was stocked with everything you needed in the kitchen. It was also very conveniently located to Disneyland, Knotts Barry Farm and shopping. The house is a little loud due to the hard floors but overall a very nice place to stay. I would stay here again.

Very good property, but could be better...

... with a little more maintenance. The good: - 5 huge bedrooms. - 4 full bathrooms, excellent for us as we were attending a relative's wedding and the bathrooms were essential for our group of 14 people. - Pretty well stocked with essentials, such as toiletries, towels, kitchen pots and pans, dinnerware, silverware, etc.... - The washer/dryer was great as our stay was for 10 days and we could wash things ourselves. The not-so-good: - There was no remote for the garage door. We notified the host and was informed that they lost so many of them that they don't provide it anymore. I think it should be noted in the listing. - The queen air mattress listed had a leak and couldn't stay inflated. We notified the host and they promptly brought over 2 single cots, not a queen bed. - Several of the light bulbs in the bathrooms were out. - The light bulbs in the back and side exterior were out. - The washer seems to be on its last leg. It works, but made horrible sound when on spin cycle. - All of the TV remotes batteries were dead. We ended up buying batteries for them. - The trash cans were grossly dirty. They probably haven't been washed in years. It seems that if the host had paid just a little more attention to these details that the property would be so much better, without the little annoyances for the guests. Overall, I like the property a lot for its spaciousless and location and would not hesitate to recommend it for larger groups of 10-16 people.

Great stay

This was a family trip for us to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday (parents, 4 siblings plus spouses and kids). House was clean and well maintained and owner Diane was easily accessible for communication. Kitchen area was large and enough space for all 13 of us. Highly recommend for families.

Best Deal in SoCal

The home was a fantastic size with plenty of bathrooms for our group of 13. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. It was very clean with a lot of storage space for all of our belongings. It was very convenient to have a washing machine and dryer, as I was able to keep up on laundry during our stay, and I wasn’t stuck doing laundry when we returned from our vacation.

We stayed for 6 nights with 7 adults. My family love the house. The house look beautiful, cleanliness and quiet neighborhood. Great location to get around also a mins to Phuoc Loc Tho. Next time if I come back to Santa Ana would stay again.

Perfect for beach or Disney

The house was very large and spacious. It is very close to a lot of beaches as well as Disney. It is in a safe location and near to a lot of eateries or grocery stores. I would definitely recommend this to friends or anyone traveling with a large or multiple family trip. The house is perfect. Clean and very updated.

Annual Family trip to Disneyland.

This was my first time using a vacation rental property. My family and I enjoyed ourselves. The house and amenities were exactly as described. Super close to shopping, the beach and Disneyland. We will definitely consider renting this property for our next family trip to Disneyland.

Nice house

Stayed here for a week. The house is very spacious and clean, with an incredible kitchen! Great location…20 minutes from beaches or parks like Knotts or Disney, with easy freeway access for stuff further away. Only improvements I can suggest would be more seating in the living room, and more furnishings in the bedrooms. The house sleeps 14, but there are only two couches in the living room with 6 seats total. Tough to get everyone together to watch a movie. The bedrooms are certainly large enough to have a chest of drawers in each and a nightstand on each side of every bed. Tough to live out of a suitcase on the floor for a week, and most people have phones/tablets/watches/etc. or even CPAP machines where a nightstand would be incredibly handy. Overall a great place in a nice neighborhood, but would be completely perfect with just a few minor additions. (again…the kitchen is perfect and very well equipped!) Thanks for an easy check in and check out as well!

The home was very specious, clean and beautiful. It had all the essentials available to the guests and it was 20 minutes from our destination which was Disneyland! Can I repeat, the home is very specious!! Huge thanks to the owners for easy check in and check out. I will definitely think of this Location for our next family trip!
