Spanning approximately 950 sqft, this condominium boasts 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, complete with AC and heating for your comfort. Accessible via a single flight of stairs, the 2 main bedrooms and bathroom feature a tub.

Experience ultimate comfort after a long day of work in our thoughtfully appointed bedrooms. Upstairs, you'll find bedroom 1 with a king size Casper mattress and bedroom 2 with a queen size Casper mattress. Impeccably clean and cozy with white linens, these rooms also provide luggage racks, clothes hangers, dressers and USB ports for your convenience. Rest assured, a restful sleep awaits you.

Upstairs, you'll find a full bathroom, while a convenient half bathroom is located on the first floor. To enhance your stay we provide white cotton towels as well as essential toiletries including shampoo, bodywash and conditioner for each guest.

For your convenience, we have reserved 1 parking spot in the back, marked clearly with letter "B". We highly encourage you to utilize this designated space during your stay.

Nice, quiet neighborhood

Overall very lovely, easy stay. Easy check in, quiet neighborhood and safe to walk. Not particularly close to that many non-fast food restaurants but if youā€™re willing to drive 15-20 min thereā€™s plenty nearby. The house itself was very clean and sweetly decorated. The beds were soft but not particularly comfortable and were very loud every time you shifted positions (bed was creaky and comforter was crinkly). The kitchen area was decently stocked with coffee and tea provided, as well as basic kitchen items. We didnā€™t find any scissors, which would have been helpful. The living room has a reasonably comfortable couch for one person to lounge on to watch TV but the other seat was rickety, seemed half broken and was not meant for lying down. The house itself was very convenient for our needs and had dedicated parking (plus not a very busy street for street parking. Iā€™d stay again in this space.

Beautiful Place to stay

I recently stayed at Lanā€™s condo, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The condo is so spacious and beautifully designed, with everything I needed to feel right at home. The beds were extremely comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a perfect stay.Lan was an amazing host, always quick to reply to my needs, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. I had a last-minute addition to my family trio for our Disneyland trip, and Lan had no problem accommodating us. This is what great customer service is all about! Iā€™m so glad my nephew was able to join usā€”it made the trip even more special.The condo is located in a very quiet and nice neighborhood, which added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. I honestly canā€™t wait to come back and stay here again. Thank you so much, Lan and the JKL team, for an outstanding experience. I will definitely be booking this condo again!

Perfect for our needs!

Ample space, good location, quiet neighbors (some nearby street noise). Beds are comfy. Kitchen stocked (even has spices, sugar and coffees). Plenty of hot water for all our group of 6. Covered parking space a plus.

Solid property that could easily be improved to be great

When you stay in a property for nearly 2 weeks you need some decent furniture to sit in. The sofa (sleeper type) was completely broken down and uncomfortable to sit on for more than a few minutes. The two chairs were worse. Our host was very responsive. Laundry room was well equipped and clean. The tub shower had weak water pressure so showers took long to finish. The tankless water heater required running water (wasting) for many minutes before it heated up.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean had most of what we were looking for. Beds and pillows were comfortable. AC worked well. Could use a drip coffee pot or more of the pods for the coffee machine. The only negative is that the bedrooms were up stairs, but that is a minor thing for young people. It might be more difficult for older folks. The location is great. Excellent for Disneyland and diving down tot he costal beach towns. Recommended!

Worked great for us.

Property was clean, well stocked and organized. We are major water drinkers so having the brita pitcher was awesome. Laundry room was easy to use and so were all other appliances in the house. If I could recommend 2 things. Slightly darker window treatments in king bedroom and more comfy furniture to lounge. It was rough to hang in the living area after a long busy day. Other than that it was a great stay.

Was convient location for our family.

Communication with host was great. Close to great mall and not too far driving to beaches. Wish the sofa couch would have worked, they did provide a mattress which was was semi-comfy but did have to rearrange a few things and set it up. Well stocked kitchen and had tea and coffee for us to use. Floor was not cleanest and the shower curtain smell3d spongy. Was well stocked with games.

Home away from home

We love the Farmhouse Getaway! The two bedroom condo was nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. Easy check in and check out process, the host was extremely responsive when the needs arise. Someone had mentioned that there werenā€™t enough pots and pan for cooking but why cook when Little Saigon is just around the corner? For our family cookwares provided was sufficient for our 4 day stay. Would we come back again? Absolutely! Thank you to the Do family for a wonderful stay! Katherine & family

The property was adequate, the internet was intermittent and constantly dropped out. The hot water had a mind of its own. The one thing that was very disappointing was the front bedroom, the blinds are paper thin and there is an extremely bright light on the street. The whole room is very bright all night...and loud, a lot of road noise, the windows are ancient...the one thing a traveller needs is a decent nights sleep and not having block out blinds is very major oversight. There is an uncovered fuse box in the upstairs bedroom Kitchen was great, but overall it was average, I would not stay here again

Everything was just as it was shown on the website. The manager was easy to get a hold of and very helpful by keeping us informed of all the things that were going on. The plumbing next door was getting fixed so our water went off but the manager was quick to help us get it back on. Unfortunately the couch bed was broken a mattress was provided so that was nice. All the appliances worked great, lots of hot water, free washer and dryer is available.

The owners were so accommodating and helpful. It was in a great location to what we needed. They had helpful instructions for all appliances and handy hints for supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay there again if we were in LA.
