"Old building with lots of character. We had a lovely room, with an original door. There were plenty of plug and usb sockets. Be mindful the property is on a main road so have traffic noise. I thought earplugs with me. Carolina was the perfect host and made us welcome, a real credit to the property. We prebooked breakfast for both days, it came out right on time and was delicious. "Finding Rushop Hall was a challenge - did I really have to drive up a bridle path? Yes! But so worth the journey. We'd asked for an evening meal and it was excellent: bruschetta, parma wrapped chicken breasts in a delicate sauce, chocolate brownies with icecream and a berry compote, as was the choice of wine. All freshly cooked. Stupendous breakfast too. The bedroom was comfortable with a sofa, books to read, good toiletries. My only quibble was the pillows, which were a bit lumpy, and...
