In addition to the king size bed, we have added a fold down sleeper sofa for extra seeping space, if needed. A bathroom adjoins this bedroom. The second bedroom is a queen size and sunny! Right outside of this bed room is another bathroom. (the laundry is located in this bathroom) The charming coastal blue kitchen opens up to the living room which has a very mid century vibe to it. There is service for 6 guests and the kitchen is stocked with spices, sugar, coffee and tea. French doors lead from this room into the dining room which is a great space if there is remote work that is needed. Sliders lead off of the living room onto a peaceful deck with outdoor seating and a gas grill. There is also a large grass/yard area and is very relaxing out there! You are minutes from downtown Newport and the beaches, yet in a secluded, peaceful setting to enjoy when looking to relax and unwind. Plenty of birds chirping in the morning! AC mini splits located in the bedrooms and parking for 2 cars. Pets welcome!
