Summary:
Sitting right on Easton's beach, this family home is just steps to the beach! Wake up to ocean views, enjoy the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi complete with French doors that open to towards the ocean. Our private in-law suite with an elevator that is totally handicapped accessible! Bring your dogs along to enjoy the home!

The Space:
The house has been furnished and decorated by a professional designer and features a large kitchen with center island for breakfast, a dining room, living room, and den on the first floor. New furniture and flooring throughout the first floor and an expanded beautiful ocean view from the main living and kitchen areas add to the sense of tranquility.

The second floor features a Primary bedroom with a king bed, ocean view, walk in closet, and en-suite full bath with jacuzzi tub and separate steam shower.

This floor also has a queen bedroom with ocean views, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a full hall bathroom.

The third floor of the main house offers two bedrooms plus a full bathroom. One oceanfront bedroom has a queen plus a twin bed and a trundle twin bed, sleeping five. The rear bedroom has 4 twin beds.

Above the pool is an in-law suite with a king bed, ocean views, and handicapped accessible bathroom. Use the elevator or the stairs to get there. It also has large walk in closets, a pull out sofa, a baby crib, and a Peleton spin bike.

The house has laundry, internet, cable tv, grills, yard, outdoor shower, Air Conditioning, yard games, and a swing set for kids in the fenced back yard.

Walk to restaurants, bars, and it is only a 30 second walk to Easton's beach. Parking for 6 cars. Pet and kid friendly and plenty of room for families staying together. Enjoy the high quality sheets and towels and the sound of the ocean!

Newport has so many things to do including the Cliffwalk, the mansions, the Harbor, Boat cruises, great seafood restaurants, and multiple public beaches.

This is NOT a party house! Neighborhood noise ordinance in effect at 10pm.
