The only comments not entirely positive (but worth noting because it was one of my deciding factors in booking this property) is that the hot tub was not clean enough for us to be comfortable using (it is in the woods and may have been pollen coming through the screens—but it was covered) and I think one of the queen sized mattresses does need to be replaced in...

"The outdoor spaces exceeded my expectations of the property. There is ample space on the deck, the yard is enjoable with the views and firepit, and the front porch rocking chairs are relaxing with a cup of coffee and litening to the gentle rain.Young adults enjoyed the game room. My only suggestion would be to replace mattress in 1st floor bedroom, it sinks a little. That is a small inconvenience considering that everything else was lively and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools."

"We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend at this cottage. There was plenty of space for several adults who stayed with us for the weekend. Plentiful bedding towels and all the comforts of home. The kitchen is well stocked to cook and bake for various of meals. We had fun relaxing under the arbor of wisteria and at the firepit. Deer, turkey, and a groundhog were plentiful to see as they wandered around the adjacent farm. It is very quiet and yet so close to town. Very convenient for local sites,...
