"This was my first time staying at an IHG property in over 10 years. I will say that I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel was very clean, the rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My family of 6 fit comfortably in their two bedroom suite with the pull-out sofa. It was just what we needed for a quick three night trip. The gym was great, I always had it to myself. The room itself was so dirty, I went and got tapestries and fabric to put over the furniture and used a tarp over the bed I wasn't using and the bedding had holes in it and didn't look clean and felt terrible. "Everything was clean and the kids had a good time at the pool. Staff were good too. Breakfast was also good. We normally start here anytime we visit the Dells. The only gripe I have is the fitness room was small."
