"I ordered a room with a jet tub in the room and when I show up they check me in to a room without a jetted tub when I go to talk to them about this they tell me that there are no rooms available with a jetted tub. So I can either cancel which it was spring break so everywhere in the Dells was booked, or I could take that room. So to not take away from my vacation I stayed with the room. "The rest of the guests were mostly long term residents and extremely rude and obnoxious. They sit around gossiping outside short term guests rooms, knock on the door and then run away. The room itself was so dirty, I went and got tapestries and fabric to put over the furniture and used a tarp over the bed I wasn't using and the bedding had holes in it and didn't look clean and felt terrible. One woman stood in front of my door and barked orders at some other people apparently far from where...

"When I checked in the staff was great! The room was stale and flooring was dirty. Bathroom sink was leaking and the toilet was running all night. Breakfast was very slim pickings and no fruit was out the first morning. When I asked for additional towels the bald dark man was annoyed that I was asking for more towels, he asked what happened to the towels in the room. I used them... I think this hotel could use a lot of renovations. The picture was not my room. "

"Nice place for families to stay. Roomy and a lot of sports to offer. The rooms are adequate.. basic but it’s nice to have a full kitchen and living space. Pretty clean overall. Lots of towels and supplies. The check in process was easy and they are very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it overall. "
