"Everything was fantastic from start to finish. Lovely clean room with balcony looking out towards port Isaac. My husband had the full Cornish breakfast which was huge plenty of variety. Staff so friendly couldn't do enough for you. Only problem is have is that I can't return with my little dog as the rooms are not pet friendly which is a shame "

"My room was in the coach house, just outside tje doors of the main building. It was very clean with just baked biscuits and Tregothnan tea. A gorgeous view of the garden was welcoming on arrival."

"Very pleasant 1 night stay. No complaints about anything. Hope to return in summer to enjoy the garden. Very popular with the locals by the look of it. It would be my choice of place to meet friends and family if I were local. Loved the roaring real fire when we arrived on a cold wet day. "

"We were in an upstairs apartment which we had to access from a very quirky walk up some steps and through a mind your head whole in a wall. It gave to the old world feel of the place. Staff were amazing and the menu had everything my wife loved. Will definitely go again when visiting my sister. "

"The hotel was immaculate and the staff were amazing. Would highly recommend this as a must to visit or stay when visiting Cornwall. The views were spectacular and the beach was clean and tidy. The restaurant was a real treat with amazing cuisine from the breakfast through to the fine dining experience in the evening. The accommodation was superb and definitely value for money. "

"Better than expected. Beautiful building, fabulous room - in great condition, very comfy and clean. Tea and coffee making that included fresh milk in the fridge. Spa also brilliant as well as a great breakfast. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Didn't stay with kids, but would be perfect for families with all the extra ameneties."
