** QUIET HOURS
• 9 PM – 8 AM (no loud noise/music outdoors)

• $150 fee, prior approval, max 45 lbs
• Must be house-trained

** BBQ & FIRE PIT
• $65 grill fee waived if cleaned, gas off & covered once cool.
• Turn off fire pit and close gas after use.
