The Space:

COVID19 - CLEANING PROCEDURES

1- Cleaning staff uses handheld spray sanitizer to disinfect home when entering property.

2- UV light disinfectant is used on any touch surfaces - remote, light switches, countertops etc.

3- Touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant wipes.

4- Deep clean is thoroughly done every cleaning.

5- Sheets are deep washed with bleach and detergent.

The home has been tastefully renovated and decorated with stylish finishes and will give you the feel of staying at your own cozy and warm vacation home. You are super close to everything Miami has to offer. This modern vacation home has a fully functional and equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, kitchenware and more. House include a shared patio area and grill. The Master bedroom has a large bathroom. The living space is large and great for entertaining or putting together a nice family dinner. Hosts 6 Guests Maximum - 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms.

Guest have access to their unit and any outdoor shared seating areas. (2 units detached from your unit will host world travelers like yourself)



ONLY 1 PARKING AVAILABLE: The driveway is shared with another unit. If you have 2 vehicles, one is allowed to park in the premises the 2nd will need to be parked at the end of the street not blocking any neighbors.

Miami Shores is a charming and historical area. With beautiful vintage homes, golf courses, the Bay a couple blocks from the home, shopping malls and nearby all the Miami hot spots. This area is residential and tranquil.



Getting Around:

Uber will get you around anywhere, but renting a vehicle is much more accessible.



Other Things to Note:

Miami Shores is a beautiful neighborhood, with many modern and vintage Miami homes. We are very close to all nearby grocery stores, and tourist attraction. Just a quick 5 minute trip to Miami Beach. 20 Minutes from the Airport, and 15 minutes to famous Aventura Mall.
